Newly renovated beautiful accommodation for the large company or family. Very large kitchen with large dining room and lounge area, inside and out. Large living room in open plan solution. Two large bathrooms and double showers. 4 lovely bedrooms and one of the rooms with built-in bunk bed on 3 levels. With a focus on good floor plan and many extra beds, the accommodation has a flexibility. You may want to visit friends on an overnight stay in the middle of your holiday, or enjoy the open social room with both kitchens, living room and dining area in direct connection to the outdoor lounge environment and beautiful Hallandsåsen.

Perfect in every way

It had it all. What the listing does not really mention too well is that it is actually a refurbished old train station, which is really cool. It had a great big kitchen, lovely pateo with plenty of space and bedrooms that were comfy and cozy. We will definitely come back.

Birdsong and Wide open space

We LOVED staying at Magnolia Hill. The openess of the house felt very luxurious. It was a perfect location to be near our friends in Bastad, we loved the patio and access to the paved riding trail. We borrowed bikes from friends and it was easy to ride to them or down to the harbor.

Helt fantastiskt ställe

Jag var nyligen och firade min 30-årsdag i Båstad och då hyrde vi detta ställe. Jag tyckte det såg väldigt fint ut på bilderna men i verkligheten var det ännu bättre. Otroligt fint skick på allt och inget krångel med någonting. Det ligger på ett lugnt och bra läge med promenadavstånd till havet och stan. Kommer utan tvekan boka detta ställe igen nästa gång jag åker till Båstad

Fantastiskt!

Ett fantastiskt boende! Den öppna planlösningen och stora fönsterpartier ut mot terassen ger lägenheten en ”orangeri-känsla”. Otroligt snygg inredning och häftigt att det gamla stationshuset har bevarats i en snygg planlösning. Vi var tre familjer och hade gott om plats och bra gemensamma ytor. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende!
