The presence of the owners on site, or in any case of their assistance, ensures personal attention rarely found in similar situations: we are available to help organize visits and excursions as well as activities and services on the spot. Or even just for a chat in the garden! Each apartment is well equipped with comfortable kitchens and large common areas, enough for tenants in the houses and a few guests! each room has comfortable and new beds, the linen is regularly renewed and is included in the price. Being on the first floor of the building, they have no direct access to the garden which is in the back anyway and is for the exclusive use of Canonica and Casa di Enrico. Here you will find dining tables, chairs and chaise longues for a good book! The garden offers space to be together as well as space to carve out a corner in peace if needed.

On the first floor - second Anglo-Saxon floor - of the building, it is accessed along an internal staircase. Casa del Fattore has a large and spacious kitchen with dining table, a comfortable lounge with fireplace and two bedrooms, one with a large double bed in wrought iron (separable), the other with two single beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The rectory, on the other hand, consists of a spacious lounge, with an old cast iron wood stove and a comfortable dining area, a large and well-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms: one double, one twin (which opens onto the living room) and a single. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a large bathtub. It shares with the Casa del Fattore an equipped outdoor area, a small garden and a swimming pool, to which the other structures of the central village also have access.
