Read the details carefully.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and attractive, in an excellent lakeside location - although music from the cafe/bars underneath was a little intrusive at times. The second bedroom/bathroom is across a communal hallway and locked separately, so although private, it’s access to the amenities of the flat is more limited. We very much enjoyed our stay here, however, as there were only two of us and we were very close to everything on offer in Salò, which is a vibrant, smart and interesting town. Our main problem was with the check-in process as the keys had to be collected from an office 6 miles out of the way and we were informed that if we didn’t get there in time to complete the check-in process (even though we had done this online) by 19.30, ‘we will be obliged to cancel the reservation’ ! We had planned to use public transport, but had no choice but to hire a car - just for that one journey - as otherwise we couldn’t guarantee getting there in time, as buses finish quite early. The car stayed locked in the garage for a whole week - a complete waste of money. Otherwise, this was an excellent holiday.
