Saint Jean de la rivière

Maison agréable, spacieuse et pratique; terrasse agréable. dont nous avons pu profiter. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Avons profité des marchés de Portbail et Carteret, ainsi que du sentier du littoral pour de grandes balades. La Hague et Barfleur sont atteints facilement et peuvent se visiter en une grande après midi si on le souhaite.

Intéressant car a 500m de la plage et moins de deux km du centre ville

Location très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bons moments. Ce quartier résidentiel est très calme et fleuri sauf en ce mois août 2022 victime comme le reste de la France de la canicule !! Le seul reproche est la proximité d'un vaste camping mais soyons clairs, celui ci ne constitue pas pour autant une nuisance pour le séjour.

Sehr schöne Gegend

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation über die Fewo App lief einwandfrei. Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig, zum Wasser waren es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, ein herrlicher Strand. Da wir die Normandie erkunden wollten war die Lage des Hauses in BARNEVILLE-CARTERET hervorragend. Alles war gut und schnell erreichbar. Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Maison très agréable proche de la plage

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. La propriétaire s’est adaptée à nos contraintes pour notre arrivée et nous a réservé un très bon accueil. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspondait tout à fait à la description de l’annonce.

Lovely House in a great area

The whole process went very smoothly. The owners made us very welcome and the house perfect for us. We could walk to shop and restaurant at the campsite and also to the beach. The local area has lots to offer. We went to several local markets, beaches and walks with stunning views. All the local people were very friendly. Brilliant holiday.

Maison très correcte, propre spacieuse on s'y sent bien nous y avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille. L'endroit est très calme et les propriétaires sympathiques. Nous le conseillons pour les personnes qui veulent se reposer.

Bien située, propriétaires accueillants

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au mois d'Aout dans cette maison. Elle est située dans une zone pavillonaire à 500m de la plage. Le jardin est grand, de quoi occuper les enfants dans le jardin pourrait etre un axe d'amélioration pour cette maison plutôt vouée à accueillir des familles, mais au moins ils ont la place pour courrir. L'intérieur est propre et plutôt fonctionnel. Un rangement plus adapté dans la chambre au papillon serait pratique pour sortir les vêtements de la valise, d'autant qu'il y a la place. Un peu chaud à l'étage car pas possible de créer de courant d'air. Bonne maison de vacances ni plus ni moins.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse in Strandnähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im kleinen Geschäft auf dem Campingplatz zu Fuß in 1 Min. und größerer Supermarkt in 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar. War ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Haus wirkt etwas vernachlässigt

Die eingestellten Fotos bilden leider nicht den Ist-Zustand des Hauses ab. Im Eingangsbereich erwartet den Mieter eine Art Schrottplatz: 2 alte verrostete Traktoren, ein kaputter Autoanhänger, ein Schiffsanhänger, diverse zerhackte Holzpaletten, ein Sammlung verrosteter Langustenkörbe und eine kaputte Wäschespinne - ein Ferienhaus ist doch kein Abladeplatz für Dinge, die man nicht vor der eigenen Haustür haben will. Im Abstellraum des Hauses , in dem komischerweise auch der Kühlschrank steht, ragen ca. 20 Elektrokabel - teils ungesichert - aus der Wand. Das ist extrem gefährlich. Witzigerweise waren von den 20 Tassen, die Im Schrank standen gerade mal 3 benutzbar. bei allen anderen war der Henkel abgebrochen - solche Sachen entsorgt man in den Müll und mutet den Mietern nicht zu, diese benutzen zu müssen. Die Pergola an der Veranda ist nicht benutzbar - eingerissen und mit Kabelbindern zugebunden. Warum wird so etwas nicht repariert? Die Vermieter haben sich auch die ganze Zeit nicht blicken lassen, nicht einmal bei unserer Anreise - erst am letzten Tag ein paar Minuten vor unserer Abreise. Wir mieten seit 20 Jahren für unsere Frankreich-Urlaube Häuser in Frankreich, aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt.

Sommerulraub in der Normandie

Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse in direkter Nähe zum Campingplatz 'Vikings' und der Strand ist bequem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist komplett eingezäunt mit einem verschließbaren Tor, für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ideal. Anstrengend war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, E-Mails und SMS wurden nicht beantwortet, auf einer der angegebenen Nummern ging nur der AB dran ... wenn man sie aber dann doch irgendwie erreicht ist es freundliches Ehepaar. Es hat dann sogar geklappt das ein Fehler beim warmen Wasser kurzfristig beseitigt wurde. Negativ ist das zwei alte, rostige Traktoren und zwei schrottreife Anhänger vorm Haus stehen. Es bleibt zwar noch genug Platz in der Einfahrt, stört aber die Optik doch sehr. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und können das Haus empfehlen.

Super sejour

Très bonne accueil, propriétaire très sympathique. Maison agréable, bien équipé, très bien situé pour les balades en bord de mer, commerce à proximité. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans ce petit coin de paradis. Pour conclure, c'est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour nos vacances. Nous en sommes revenus enchantés et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
