Residence Les matins du Sancy Apartment of 30 m2, fully renovated comfortably located south on the 1st floor with elevator you have a terrace of 8m2 and enjoy a beautiful view over the valley.
The Residence is just 900 meters from the ski slopes. A free shuttle every 1 / 4h is at your disposal to lead you to the slopes.
ski locker in the basement. Parking place outside.
Without leaving the residence, you can enjoy free of charge the indoor pool and the sauna reserved only for tenants, as well as the games room (billiards, table football etc ... fee)
in the reception room you will enjoy free wifi.
The apartment consists of:

Très belle endroit

Appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut calme très belle vue à 1 klm environs du centre on a passé une superbe semaine beaucoup d’activité il y en a pour tout âge , très beau lac,très bon contact avec Christine et Didier les propriétaires nous pensons même à revenir l’année prochaine 😃

Séjour très agréable en famille

Appartement idéal pour passer des vacances en famille, parfait pour le ski avec navette et local à SKI. Résidence accueillante avec sa piscine. Didier et Christine sont des hôtes très sympathique avec des recommandations très pratique et très à l'écoute. Je recommande fortement pour passer un agréable séjour à Super Besse.

Parfait pour un weekend de randonnée

Appartement propre et bien équipé. Bien placé pour les départs et retour de randonnée. La piscine de la résidence fait du bien après une journée en vadrouille. La boîte à clés à l'entrée est très pratique pour ne pas avoir à s'encombrer ou risquer de les perdre.

Appartement joli, fonctionnel et bien équipé

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, l'appartement est agréable et tout le nécessaire utile est à portée de main et en bon état. La communication avec Christine, la propriétaire a été très efficace également. Le seul petit bémol est peut-être l'emplacement vu sur le parking mais on oublie vite les voitures avec la vue magnifique sur les monts auvergnats juste derrière.

Bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement au cœur de Super-Besse. L'appartement dispose d'une petite terrasse avec vue sur la station. Petite rando a faire pas loin, le puy du chambourget, propose une vue magnifique sur super besse. il faut aller à Besse pour les commerces (les petits commerces de la station sont fermés à cette époque). La propriétaire est très chaleureuse. Seul déception, nous n'avions pas été informé que la piscine de la résidence était fermée pour problème technique (apparemment depuis février)...dommage. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de la région. merci à Christine pour son accueil.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, l’appartement est très bien, donne sur une belle vue et proche de la station( en voiture ou en bus). Un petit bémol le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas bien ! La propriétaire est aimable et à l’écoute. Je recommande !

Cadre magnifique, reposant et très agréable.

Super séjour dans l'ensemble. La propriétaire Christine est très à l'écoute, accueillante et a décoré avec beaucoup de goût son logement. En ce qui concerne la résidence, on a trouvé dommage qu'on ne puisse pas accéder à la piscine à cause de la mauvaise qualité de l'eau.

Un week-end de Pâques qui restera bien dans notre mémoire. Le logement est super bien situé et une vue super. Etant au rez de jardin, les enfants peuvent continuer à jouer devant l'appart sans problème. Et des propriétaires géniaux.

Très bien

Très bonne communication et logement très pratique, fonctionnel et bien agencé. Belle déco. Juste à notre arrivée il y avait quelques endroits un peu sales ( frigo, WC, sous le lit et aspirateur non vidé) certainement dû aux locataires précédents mais quand on arrive ce n'est pas terrible surtout en période covid ou on fait très attention à tout désinfecter. Sinon nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et l'accès direct au parking. La chambre est grande. Les équipements sont complets. Propriétaire charmante et aimable. La procédure d'arrivée est parfaite !

Superbe Appartement

Nous avons passez une semaine magnifique dans cet appartement très propre et très cosy. On s'y sent très bien. L'appartement étant au RDC les enfants ont pu s'amuser à faire de la luge juste devant nos fenêtres. Une petite attention nous attendait en arrivant, cela fait toujours plaisir de découvrir des saveurs de la région.
