Top floor apartment is 87m2 with two bedrooms , one bedroom has balcony overlooking the sea, bathroom plus additional toilet, Large spacious open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen,dinning & lounge area which leads onto 30m2 private terrace with own grill (croatian komin) from the terrace you are overlooking the adriatic sea & the islands of Pasman & Ugljan , there is nothing between you & the sea.
The apartment has airconditioning in both bedrooms & living area & you have secured garage parking for one car, the apartment has wifi, tv/sat. the apartment is for 4 people & in the living area is a pull out sofa which can accomadate one adult or 2 children

Beautiful stay

Very nice stay and a well-equipped home with a magnificent terrace. I strongly recommend this accommodation to relax and enjoy the excellent view of the sea. Very available host

Luxury top floor apartment

Our stay in this top floor sea front apartment was wonderful. The apartment was spacious and modern, with a fantastic balcony including a barbecue. The owners couldn't have been more helpful to us throughout our stay. Weather was fantastic, local restaurants wonderful and having the sea as your back garden (as well as the fig tree!) was perfect. Having access to a kayak, and two bikes all enhanced our very relaxed and restful week. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxed and luxurious break in a beautiful setting.

ein traumhaftes Apartment, das sogar unsere Vorstellungen übertraf.

Unglaublich freundlicher Empfang der Vermieterin. Kanus, SUB und Fahrräder standen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ausflugsziel wurden gegeben und auch bei der Suche nach einem Motorboot wurden wir tatkräftig unterstützt. Ein Highlight war die Terrasse mit Grill und einem wunderschönen Ausblick.

Paradise, found!

What an amazing adventure! This apartment is in the perfect location for sitting back and relaxing in sheer beauty. We stayed in the top floor apartment for a little less than a week and didn’t want to leave. The sunset and views from the balcony are completely breathtaking. We used the bikes and kayak which were a fantastic touch to help enhance our stay. The apartment is within walking distance to two small markets that have all of your basic needs. You are also only a 15 to 20 minute walk from the bus stop (which takes you to Zadar in about 15 minutes). You will also be close enough to walk to a few restaurants and a delicious ice cream shop. The owners couldn’t have been more pleasant or accommodating. Nives and her husband took the time to explain everything in the local area. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport (for a small fee). If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is your ticket, enjoy ... I know we'll be back one day! The Current Family

my property is amazing the area is quiet & relaxing but not to far away from all ameneties, & having the sea literally on your door step is rare as many seaside properties have a road between them & the sea

the views are breathtaking, sunsets are amazing , ocassionally we have dolphins swim by
