Wonderful restored villa with private access to the beach and huge park

Villa Titynino is a wonderful lake front villa with a huge park rich in essences and old trees, it has been recently renovated and is equipped with all comforts.No matter if you are dining in the garden by the lake, reading a book under the loggia or dozing in your room overlooking the lake, each of these spaces will give you unique sensations to live privately with your family or your guests in one of the most exclusive places of Lake Garda.

From the property you can walk to the nearby supermarket, the baker, the newsagent and the center of Gardone Riviera Basso, which offers several shops, excellent restaurants and bars. On request, some restaurants nearby also offer home delivery service. The center of Gardone Riviera Alto can be reached with a pleasant twenty-minute walk or in five minutes by car. With a twenty-minute walk you can also reach Salò, a town known for its luxurious shops and the beautiful lake promenade.
For stays of 10 nights or more, a complimentary towel and bed linen change is available upon request.
Should you have any special needs or physical limitations, please do not hesitate to let us know before booking — we will be happy to help you find the most suitable accommodation.
We also offer, upon request, an Ozone treatment — one of the world's most powerful non-chemical sanitisers and odour eliminators. This treatment deeply purifies the entire space, including all textiles, mattresses and pillows, removing all bacteria and viruses that previous guests may have left behind. Pricing is available upon request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• The refundable damage deposit of €1,000.00 is NOT included in the rental price and is due at least 5 days prior to your arrival.
• Energy consumption is not included and will be calculated and charged at check-out based on actual usage.
• Pets are very welcome! Please note that we accept a maximum of 2 dogs or cats. The pet fee is €150.00 for one pet and €230.00 for two.

Amazing, relaxing villa stay

8 of us stayed at the villa. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). The grounds, view, and lake were pristine and a joy to wake up to daily. Without a car we walked into Gardone Riviera and took the ferry to other towns around the lake. Within 2 miles any direction you can walk to sights, shopping, and restaurants. There is a nearby grocery store and bakery that we frequented as well. Highly recommend!
