Wonderful Stay for 5 nights

The entire estate is wonderful. carefully developed by the owners over 40 years. very quiet, meticulous garden, wonderful pool, great breakfast. Any trip to Puglia will include a stay here.

A lovely two-bedroomed trullo in the beautiful Valle d’Itria, we thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay here. Dulita, Angela and Pino (and their cats!) made us feel extremely welcome from the moment we arrived. The gardens around the trullo were gorgeous, giving us full privacy, even though we were very close to the walled pool area, a great place to spend the hot afternoons after trips out to the nearby towns. We enjoyed breakfast that was freshly prepared for us, and on one evening we were treated to a cooking masterclass by Angela who showed us how to hand-make orrechiette, after which we were served the most delicious dinner of home-made focaccia, tomato pasta and fresh plums. The trullo was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. An unexpected surprise was the yoga/exercise studio which was a great space to stretch tired muscles after wandering through the delights of such places as Locorotondo, Alberobello and Ostuni.

Gem in the heart of Puglia

We had a wonderful stay, Angela, Pino and Diletta were great hosts. They gave great recommendations for activities and we learned how to make orrechiette from Angela, had a relaxing massage by Diletta. Overall amazing despite the weather being rainy and cool during our stay.

A real gem in Puglia!

This house was beyond expectations. Very, very clean and well organized. Having a pool on the premises was a real treat, specially on a hot summer day after a visit to any of the beautiful towns that surround it. Pino, our host, was very kind and helpful.

We thought we were staying in a VRBO, but we stayed in a “Holiday” House. You are supposed to bring everything including toilet paper or you are charged. They gave us a booklet filled with additional information and charges. We had prepaid, but we left and found another place to stay. Lesson learned, money lost… a Holiday House is not for tourists. We enjoy towels, toilet paper, and friendly faces.

Last minute booking

We booked at the last minute because our research plans changed. It worked out great. Loved the hot tub and pool area. Host was thoughtful and gave us a homemade cake on the first morning. Charming place.

Excellent stay in the Puglia country

The property was in a beautiful location and property was very well kept. Loved the pool area ! We felt private and secluded from other guests. Hosts were helpful, friendly and made you feel at home. My only tiny criticism is that the beds were just a little too hard for us. Excellent and we hope to come back in the future. Thx for having us !

Very cozy trullo

The property and hosts were warm and welcoming. Our 4-person trullo was very cozy. All amenities were available & working. Enjoyed lazy afternoons at poolside (cold but wonderful), evening bbqs, and playing with the friendly cats. Location was quiet, but centrally situated. Plenty of parking on the grounds. Great for day trips to nearby cities. Thank you Pino & Angela!!

A great central base inPuglia

The location was perfect for visiting all the main towns in Puglia. It was great to have safe parking as parking in the towns was very difficult. As 3 retired travellers, we enjoyed the experience of staying in a trullo and the whole property was outstanding. The pool was very welcome after hot days travelling. Angela, husband Pino and their daughter Dilletta were very obliging and helpful.Our only suggestion would be perhaps a few more basic supplies ( eg. tea, coffee, milk) would be appreciated as breakfast was an extra cost.Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Paradise in Puglia

Pino and his family were the consummate hosts during our families short stay in Puglia. From a property that was absolutely stunning, including an oasis of a room for yoga and stretching. The residence is located in an ideal location to explore Puglia and the town of Martina Franca was a delightful surprise. Everyone made our family feel welcomed and had some great suggestions for us to explore Puglia. Our stay in Puglia was short and we look forward to going back and spending more time. Thank you for everything, our family cannot stop talking about our stay.

Short visit to end a great vacation in Apulia

Meine Familie und ich waren knapp zwei Wochen in Apulien unterwegs und haben einige Städte wie Monopoli, Martina Franca, Bari und Alberobello besucht. Für solche Städtetrips ist die Lage der Unterkunft perfekt gelegen. Die Region ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Neben der tollen und sehr liebevoll geführten Anlage, waren speziell der Pool, das Frühstück und die Wohntrullis ausgezeichnet!

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans le trullo melograno. La propriété est magnifique, superbement entretenue, au calme mais à proximité de tous les centres d’interêt et notamment de la jolie ville de Martina Franca. L’ambiance est extrêmement reposante et relaxante. Les propriétaires sont charmants, attentifs et discrets. La piscine est superbe. Le trullo est très bien équipé. Tout a été parfait, à recommander sans réserve.

Cadre calme tranquille et magnifiquement entretenu. Beau jardin et piscine. Les trulli sont tres fonctionnels et propres. Belle experience. En plus les villages de la valle d itria sont facilement accessble en voiture.

Superfreundliche Aufnahme von Pino dem Vermieter, der mit auf der Anlage wohnt. Alles ist tadellos in Schuss. Wir haben im Trulli gewohnt und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden immer wieder kommen.

Lovely location, wonderful hosts

We loved staying in our own personal trullo. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun doing the cooking class and renting bikes for a day. It’s a great location to explore the area - including Alberobello and Matera. Would definitely return!
