About this property

Charming Little Villa 20 Meters from the Sea

The Little Villa is located in a private property area just 40 meters from the sea at the end of the village. The Little Villa is composed of two floors. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a terrace and a king bed. On the ground floor there is a living room and a half open kitchen. In the living room there are two single beds with proper mattresses. The house can accommodate 4 people. There is one bathroom with bad/shower (upstairs) and a separate WC (downstairs). There is a very useful and comfortable shower in the garden which is fantastic in hot summer days. The little villa has all the necessary amenities, including dish washer and washing machine for clothes. It has a really nice patio, a garden with vegetables and flowers. You can pick up your own herbs such as persil and basilico. The patio also has a great and big barbeque and a big wooden dining table .
The living area is approximately 70m2.
