The apartment is part of a complex of terraced houses, composed as follows: 1 double bedroom a comfortable and well furnished living room with comfortable double sofa bed, with a 40 inch LED TV, equipped kitchen, with crockery, dishwasher, oven, kettle , refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, 1 bathroom and a terrace, washing machine and bed linen, safe. Near the sea (200 meters), reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Independent heating and air conditioning. Apartment located in a well served area with supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, bank at 50 mt. Near the historical center. WIFI free; PUBLIC parking free, IN AREA.
