A well-appointed holiday home with an outdoor hot tub and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Located in the heart of Thorsminde town, close to the harbour, the North Sea and Nissum Fjord. The well-appointed living room, which includes a large TV, opens onto a 25m² covered terrace, from which you can overlook the garden and enjoy the sun and outdoor life indoors on cooler days. The well-equipped kitchen features a cosy dining nook. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, and two of the bedrooms have TVs. On the east-facing terrace, you can enjoy the morning sun whilst having your morning coffee, or take a trip to the lovely sauna. On the south-west-facing terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon sun and the evening sunset from the jacuzzi The lovely jacuzzi features both massage jets and lighting Just 200 m from the house, you can go fishing along the jetties at the harbour, after which your catch can be cooked either on the barbecue or in the smoker. At the end of the road, there is a large playground, a football pitch and an outdoor gym. Nissum Fjord, with its shallow waters and excellent swimming, is just 200 m from the house. In this house, you can experience the authentic Thorsminde with its fish auction in the summer and dried fish hanging in the gardens. If the weather is bad, you can use Thorsminde Hall, which is only 200 metres away. Admission is free. You can play various ball games there: football, handball, floor hockey, badminton, volleyball and basketball. There is also a range of play equipment for children and fitness equipment for adults.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
