Newly raised beach house sleeps up to 6 people, 1 large bedroom loft on the second floor with a queen bed and a full bed over twin mattress, sofa with a queen sleeper in the living room, kitchen with granite counter, new tile throughout the house, dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, wi-fi and cable, a big closet for food/storage, Central Air, Weber Grill, 2 beach chairs and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. This home is located in the rear of a 4-property lot. Street parking only. 2 min. walk up to the beach—within walking distance of many attractions and shops. No pets allowed. 2 Beach Badges are included.

**We do not provide linens, towels, or paper goods. We provide comforters and pillows. Renters must bring their sheets, towels, and paper goods.

This property is primarily a summer rental home.

We had a wonderful weekend in Ship Bottom. The property is close to the beach, wonderful shops, restaurants and the bay. It is a beautiful space and perfect for our needs. The owner, Melissa was attentive, accommodating and welcoming. We definitely recommend staying there!

My husband and I had our baby moon here. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and responsiveness from owners. The apartment comfortably fits two people and we appreciated the mattress topper on the queen bed! Overall, comfortable and relaxing stay.

It was a quick stay for us and really enjoyed our stay. Ample parking, great places to eat that are walking distance as well as a quick drive down the road. Sunrise views at the beach and sunset views at the bay all within a block of each other… Will be back.

Great for single family trip

It's hard to find places to stay on the shore that aren't studios/hotel rooms or big houses meant for group trips. This place worked well for our family of 4, and can't beat it's proximity to the beach.

I took some of my daughters good friends for some days to LBI , they chose this place and it was the best! Melissa was so nice and helpful. Quick access to the beach and everything is walking distance. Will definitely come back!!Out door shower was so helpful !!!

My family stayed at Melissa and David‘s apartment for a few nights this summer and had a a great stay! We have two young children and the apartment had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. A few steps to the beautiful beach and close to shops.
