The city of Lucca is only 3.5 km from the house. The road where the house is situated rises among the hills towards Pieve Santo Stefano, where you can visit one of the vineyards or buy olive oil produced in the area. The area is also suitable for hiking tours overlooking vineyards, olive groves and cypresses in typical Tuscan countryside.

Surrounded by lush nature, the house is secluded in a corner of the park close to the entrance. Just in front, there is a wonderful terrace covered with wisteria. Here below you can eat your meals and enjoy the scents and colors. On the other side of the house, more in the shade, there is another outdoor area with table and chairs.

A bit away from the house, in the middle of the child-friendly park and in front of the ancient manor house, where the helpful owner lives, there is a 5 x 10 mt swimming pool with a varying depth from 1.50 mt to 2.30 mt. Around the pool there are sun loungers and parasols. The pool private and is not shared with the owner. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
