There is an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has extensive shared landscaped gardens with furniture and gas BBQ provided. Erin Cottage is ideal for a couple or small family to enjoy the village and explore the local area. Cot and highchair provided. Note: A tumble dryer is available which serves the barns charged at £5 per load. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999356 and 987239 together they can sleep fourteen people. Note: There is an active beehive within the owners own private garden, which is well away from guests. Please take precautions if you suffer severe allergies to bees. Note: There are no EV charging points at the property, so the charging of electric vehicles is prohibited. Note: 7-night bookings must start on a Friday. Note: Short breaks can only start on either a Monday or a Friday. Two well behaved dogs welcome (XL Bully breeds cannot be accommodated).

An early wooden bridge over the Looe River was in place by 1411, which burned down and was replaced by the first stone bridge, and was completed in 1436.
