Desert View Patio Home Ram's Hill Gated Community overlooking Fazio Golf Course

This tastefully appointed patio home offers comfort and privacy with expansive views of Fonts Point , mountains & the award winning Fazio golf course.

The master bedroom has a king size bed & separate TV. Please note that the televisions are "Smart TVs" with wifi for streaming. But there is no local television service (cable or satellite), but both are connected to Amazon and Netflix.

The en suite bathroom has a large tub & separate shower. Second bedroom is in a private hallway away from the great-room, with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have access to a separate fully enclosed patio, which is great for letting the dogs out or just relaxing in complete privacy. Large picture windows in the great-room look out onto the mountains and golf course. The patio fronts onto the golf course, but is shielded from direct view of golfers by shrubbery & a small rise. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes & utensils. Outdoor BBQ, table & chairs provided for outdoor dining. There is also a fire pit.

Currently the garage for this property is not available. Parking is across the street in a lot.

The Santa Fe community has 2 large swimming pools and spas with plenty of space to lounge by the pool.

We loved our stay here. Great location and patio. Sliding doors/screens need repair/replace. Dishwasher and microwave are in poor condition.

Desert View Patio Home

My wife and I had a great stay at this beautiful house. The location is ideal for walks in the desert. The kitchen has everything needed for prepping meals. The furniture is very comfortable, especially the bed. We look forward to staying here again and we'll tell family and friends about it!

Great locale

Great place that offers privacy facing the golf course. See birds and wildlife and lots lots of stars. Prime location for the slot canyon hike and seeing the metal sculptures.

Borrego Springs stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Town house was clean and as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen. Pool facilities very close by. Patio was pleasant for meals and socializing. Nice view of golf course and the mountains (Fonts Point) would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location in Borrego

Beautiful property in the Santa Fe development of Rams Hills just a few miles from Borrego Springs downtown. Back patio looks out onto the golf course. Nice restaurant & bar located in Rams Hill. Lap pool, regular pool & spa just a few steps away from the house.

Borders on Golf Course

Located in Ram's Hill, a gated community with excellent landscaping. Walkways are close by and the golf course with its dark green fairways and greens is a fun feature. We enjoyed catching the low angle sun in both patios and I think our dog enjoyed staying here as well.

Desert getaway

Ram's Hill is a great place to stay in the Borrego valley, and this property is perfect for two couples to stay in. We have stayed in a few houses in this community and so far this was the most comfortable and cleanest one. The golf course is in pristine condition, and the clubhouse has great food and drinks. The only issue this trip was the fact all the pools were closed, but the community has worked a deal with Zorro the resort next door for access to their pools while Ram's Hills pools are closed. The location of this house was ideal if the pools were open because it is just a few hundred feet away.

Had a great time very good weather

The wheels on the screen doors can be replaced for about one nights rent. The doors replaced for about three nights rent. Please do that if you care. Both showerheads need to be replaced as I mentioned two years ago I’d. I would suggest treating your clients as you would if you lived in the home.

Filthy home

Was not clean when we checked in, we cleaned it ourselves,towels were on the floor, both beds un made, , house needs a deep clean , dust, broken blinds , slider doors filthy, oven was filthy , cobwebs all over outside furniture, one toilet broken , place is run down ,they gave us our cleaning deposit back, they were going to refund more but we have not seen a refund yet,it should be taken off the market until they clean and repair, I have lots of photos of these problems!

Beautiful home and property. Very clean, comfortable, homey. Great amenities and conveniences.

Great view. Nice patio and yard which was well kept and nicely landscaped. Liked the convenience of a park in garage . AC worked great. Bed was really comfortable. Stars at night spectacular. Didn't get to use the telescope but would have if time allowed. Great addition, though. Neighborhood was beautiful. Loved the ponds and waterfalls. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again or recommend. Problems : Screen front door would no close. Screen door out to rear patio would not close. Major - front door appeared to be unopenable and almost went back to guard. Took me 15 minutes to troubleshoot and determine problem. Latch of doorknob would retract almost all the way but stick out just enough to prevent opening unless you push hard on the handle and use your shoulder with a good amount of force to open. Had to do that each time. Left note with guard for next renters. No TV channels. DVD player broken. No Internet at first. Had to troubleshoot to make operable. Took about half hour. Connection poor and slow. Cellular connection so bad couldn't make phone calls most of the time. We have verizon, iPhone and Samsung phone. We understand the area is in the mountains, etc., but there may be ways your estate can invest in signal boosters. Even though these sound like big dissatisfactions , our overall experience was excellent and we would not hesitate to rent it again.
