Another great holiday

We had a lovely week in the cottage, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cosy. The location is great with a nice cafe just across the street, a pub round the corner, a village shop and easy access to the beach.

Lovely Comfortable stay

Bwthyn Branwen is in a perfect spot in Aberffraw with the tea rooms also food is a delight . We found the cottage comfortable & bedding lovely and clean along with the bathrooms. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the state of the lounge carpet, two nasty stains

It must be good as we keep coming back! Very comfortable and great location for the whole island. Heating was a bit limited but the staff soon provided an extra heater for us. Have already booked again for next year.

A comfortable base to explore the island

The accommodation is very comfortable for a stay on Anglesey. The near-beach location is ideal for dog walkers and we find it very convenient to access all the island without travelling too far. The kitchen is well stocked for utensils and the beds are comfy. It must be good as we've been coming for 20 years or so and have booked again already for next year!

What a shame

It was a shame that it wasn't very clean at all the walk in bathroom smelt. Also I mentioned.that the heating wasn't coming on but it took 2 more days before any one came to it .Being disabled I feel the cold more

We’re disappointed and sorry to hear this feedback. The property was thoroughly cleaned ahead of arrival, including professionally cleaned carpets, and we weren’t made aware of any cleanliness concerns during the stay. We were contacted on the 4th, the day before your departure, regarding the heating and the issue was attended to and resolved within an hour. We had understood everything was then working as expected. We do however appreciate you taking the time to share your comments and thank you for your feedback.

A great spot.

Super, warm, clean and cosy.A great base for a walking holiday. The nearby village pub has friendly locals, great beers and great food. One tiny thing the beds could do with mattress covers.

Great Short Stay.

Really lovely stay at Bwthyn Branwen. Loved the location. Cottage had everything we needed. Did find the heating a bit hit and miss but nothing to stop us returning. The beds were extremely comfortable. Hope to return in the near future. Good space at the front for our dogs.

Really nice cottage

A really nice cottage; good customer service from the agency too. Clean and relatively new appliances and comfortable stay. The heating did struggle to cope at times; heat exchangers are known for this unless a property is completely draught free. Would go again and recommend to others.

Short break

Had a brilliant few days in this cottage, we were so lucky with the weather and the walk down the estuary leads to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. We used the charger for our car without any issues, cannot think of anything negative about the cottage perfect for us, we have booked again for 2025 to explore North Wales further.

The Perfect Base for an Anglesey Holiday

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at the property for our summer holidays. It’s perfect for us (a family of three, though the property sleeps four). It is lovely and clean, has two gorgeous bathrooms-really handy when everyone gets home from the beach and has an electric car charge point which is always available. It’s close to the beach and coastal path in Aberffraw, so you can do some lovely walks or runs right from your doorstep. Newborough beach is nearby and Trearddur is just up the road. I’d highly recommend Bythwn as a place to stay!
