Everything was clean, linen was provided as requested. Was informed about issue with door lock on main bedroom beforehand. We enjoyed the table tennis set up in garage area. Good location.
This property is in a great spot. Easy walking distance to the shops and the beach.
Great communication from the property manager, which made our stay easy and enjoyable.
This property is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with separate toilet. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from Lorne restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The best feature is the balcony, with views of the ocean through the trees, and a great place to view the sunrise. Thank you Noel, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

We enjoyed our short mid week stay in Lorne at this property.
Had plenty of room for multiple guests and is close walking to main strip and beach.
Has a few stairs and internal level stairs to be weary of for little kids.
Very clean, superbly equipped and located very close to everything. We had such a lovely time staying at Bel-Air and will return for sure. Thanks Noel for being such a friendly and helpful host.
What a beautiful house to stay in at Lorne… in an amazing spot, short walk to Main Street & beach. We instantly felt at home, had everything we needed, enjoyed bbq breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the tree tops & ocean in the background. Just magical! Noel was so accommodating & lovely to deal with. Thank you for a beautiful stay, we would definitely recommend.

That was a wonderful experience worth repeating. The place had everything we needed including total privacy. Playing ping-pong in the garage and feeding cockatoos while cooking BBQ stake on a spacious balcony just added a final touch to our complete satisfaction.
What a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was on hand. Big pluses Were:-
The proximity to town- short walking distance
Wood fire- easy to light and kept us nice and warm on chilly nights
Comfy couch and Netflix and reliable WIFI to keep the teens happy.
We’ll def be back. Thanks to Noel our host for making it so easy.
We loved the location of this place and found it had everything we needed in excellent working order.
We didn’t love the additional cost for linen and felt the doona’s were not clean.
Overall it was terrific and would recommend it but bring your own linen.
Enjoyed our short stay, great location as only a short walk to main street & shops. Property could have had some more basics ie oil, salt pepper, paper towel. And could have been cleaner.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Salt and pepper is normally in the pantry cupboard but we do not provide cooking oil due to possible contamination. Have passed your comments onto our cleaner as they are normally very good and do a lot of the other properties in Lorne. Look forward to having you stay again in the future.

The layout of the house, the location and the view was great. The cleanliness was poor, the linen needs replacing, the bedrooms need fans and the cold water doesnt work on the washing machine.
