Ski-In/ski-Out At Eagle Point Ski Resort - Snowflake #12 - 1 Bedroom Condo

Eagle Point Ski Resort is Utah’s newest and best kept secret for skiing. Located outside of Beaver, UT, in the Tushar Mountains, it boasts over 600 skiable acres, 40 named runs, and 450” of average snowfall each year. A great place to take the family, it has runs to accommodate beginners as well as advanced skiers, and everyone in between! Since it is relatively undiscovered, you won’t have to worry about crowds or long lines here, just beautiful days of affordable skiing to your heart’s content!
This quaint condo has one bedroom, one bath, and could sleep up to 8. There is a queen bed, full size futon/twin bunk in the bedroom, as well as a queen size murphy bed and a twin sleeper loveseat in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast, midday lunch, or relaxing dinner after a full day of skiing. On the balcony is a gas grill for your use as well. We recommend that you do your grocery shopping in Beaver before you head up the mountain - Mike’s Food Town is right on Main Street. If you don’t feel like cooking, the Canyonside Lodge is literally just steps away (open only during ski season). It houses the Outpost Grill, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the Outpost Bar. The Mercantile is also there with a convenience store and retail shop.
In the condo, the dining room table seats four, as well as a breakfast bar for additional seating. In the living room, there is a 55” flat screen TV, Direct TV, DVD player, and a wood-burning stove. The full bathroom also has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
In addition to Eagle Point Ski Resort, people come to the Tushar Mountains for snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter, and after the snow has melted there is mountain biking, hiking, fishing, ATVing, dirt biking and four wheeling. Snowflake #12 is a great central base of operation for your next adventure packed vacation any time of year!

Fun cabin near skiing!

We had a great stay in this cozy little cabin. The kitchen was well stocked. The heat worked great and the fireplace was very nice after a day of skiing. We would 100% stay here again.

Stayed here for the second time. It is not a fancy place but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. And the rustic nature of the place is more fitting for the mountain setting. We golfed in town, and hiked and fished in the mountains. This place is located perfectly for those activities. And the owner was great. Communicates well. Highly recommend.

Spectacular Location!

So sad to leave this mountain paradise! The views are incredible and literal ski in/out. Lots of sleeping options, well stocked and very comfortable. Tom was so helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to return!

Great condo in the Tushar Mountains!

This is our third staying in one of the host's Snowflake units and they've all been great! Super clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Spectacular scenery and views, and a refreshing 20 degrees cooler from the heat in the valley. Definitely recommend!

Great location

It was very spacious and clean. Only complaint really is that there was no wifi and our phones had no connection so I definitely wouldn't stay somewhere again that had no Wi-Fi. Otherwise check in and out was easy and the location is superb.

Great condo at Eagle Point. Clean, and well equipped. I feel that it would be tight for a friend group of 8 adults but would work fine for a family with kids. It was perfect for our group of three and would work well for 2 or 3 couples. I have stayed at several different condos at EP and this has been the best. I will be booking it again!

Mountain Silence

We enjoyed our stay. The resort is always so quiet during Sept - Oct - just what we need. God's creation is undeniable in the beauty of Eagle Point. We had the pleasure of rain, mist and hail - so lovely! The condo is quaint and clean. A few updates would go a long way but enjoyable as is... We also appreciated the quick response to every inquiry we made with regards to our stay. Thank you!

Open the door Condo look straight through onto deck and view is beautiful. Right out the front door in and out. 2nd x back and never disappeared. Staff are the best because they care that you are enjoying your day. This place is a little bit of heaven.

Great, cozy, ski in/ski out condo

Making Eagle Point a tradition for Superbowl weekend. The skiing that time of year is predictably good, the resort has a number of ski in/ski out condos, and the slopes are very quiet. Tom's one bedroom condo is in great condition and very comfortable. The Murphy bed in the living room and the queen in the bedroom both have a memory foam topper and are comfortable beds. The bedroom is a bit crowded with the addition of the futon bunkbed, but there's still room to move around. The kitchen is well-appointed, as I believe the owner uses it enough to stock it with all necessary items - not always the case with some of these condos. We were short of dishwasher detergent and Tom quickly responded to solve the issue. We hope to be back next year!

Cozy condo

The condo can be a ski in/out if there is enough snow. There was no wifi here and no cell service which was very hard to not have for several days. The owner was very helpful in preparing us for our stay. The cabin is comfortable but could use some updating. For someone with bad allergies it was a little rough. I had to sign a rental agreement that I would be responsible for any damage. I've never hadxto do this with any stay. I took pictures of the damage at the property we found when we got there for fear or being accused. There was also a dirty mop in the bathroom which was a bit off-putting during our stay.

what a gorgeous place to spend my time... i give this a three star because the condo is definitely on the older side.. with a few simple fixes i think it could be a 5 star experience.. the table is held together by electric tape, the lazy boy chair is broke, and we needed to vacuum when we got in the condo. says it sleeps 8 but has enough blankets for maybe three.. i love the location, the little place worked great for me but with those few upgrades it would have been 5 star.

Great spot. We felt really comfortable here. Having the bedroom and the Murphy bed available helped with our kids sleeping arrangements. Owner was responsive during check in. Directions for use of the property were clear. We felt like the only ones at the resort. It was very quiet and we want to come back.

Great location!! Very well equipped condo.

Condo could use a little updating. It's old, but we knew that, so no surprises. It was as we expected. The location is fantastic and the living area was very comfortable. Kitchen had more than most people will ever need. Big fridge, great big TV, nice balcony. We were very happy with our stay - but only one main complaint and I'm surprised I didn't see anyone else mention it. It's not really about the condo itself, but there is a very bright light outside the bedroom window which shines right through the bedroom curtains at night when closed. My wife and I both had trouble sleeping until we took some extra blankets out of the closet and hung them off the curtain rods which solved the problem. I don't know, maybe the light is new and it's not part of this condo, but It was annoying. Bedroom could really use some darker curtains, asap. Other than that, we had a great time and would be happy to stay again.

Location, location, location!

Very cute and cozy property with an amazing location.; very old school ski cottage vibe. You literary walk out of the condo and a run and ski lift are right in front of your door. If you don't like skiing the view from the condo is also amazing. Restaurant and Bar with good food and great service are also right out the door. Property comfortably slept 5 adults, the Murphy Bed was surprisingly comfortable with an extra mattress topper provided. Lots of room and seating to hang out in living room. Internet and TV services were fantastic but there was zero cell reception for Verizon or TMobile. Games, books, and movies also provided for your pleasure. Recommend you bring everything you need/want unless you plan on heading back down the mountain to town. There are no stores on the mountain, not even for toilet paper! Owner provided a good amount of everything to get you started including soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper goods, dishwasher soap, laundry soap. Basic kitchen utensils provided, everything you need to make most meals on the stove or in the oven. Would definitely recommend this property and we hope to get back to Snowflake 12 again in the near future. Thanks Tom and family for everything.

Beautiful scenery

We went in the off season and it was very quiet, cozy and comfortable. The condo hasn't been updated and it's like stepping into the past but everything worked including Wi-Fi and tv. It's so pretty up there!

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR INEXPENSIVE SECLUSION THIS IS IT. WHAT A GEM. I HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO ENJOY THIS AREA AS MUCH AS WE DO.

TRAVELING THROUGH THIS AREA OF UTAH IS ENCHANTING. PASSING THROUGH BEAVER LEAVES YOU WANTING TO EXPLORE THE MOUNTAINS TO THE EAST. THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO MOUNT HOLLY I WAS SOLD. WHAT A SPECIAL PLACE. I PURCHASED THIS CONDO AND I AM MAKING IT AVAILABLE SO YOU CAN ENJOY THE SAME EXPERIENCE I DO EVERYTIME I COME HERE.

THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS CONDO IS THE CONVENIENT LOCATION. THE CANYONSIDE LODGE IS 43 FEET AWAY AND THE TOP OF THE SKI LIFT IS 47 FEET AWAY. FOR THE SKI SEASON THERE IS NO BETTER LOCATION . FOR FISHING, HUNTING, HIKING, BIKING AND OFFROADING IN THE SUMMER THERE IS NO BETTER LOCATION. WHATEVER YOUR ADVENTURE OF THE DAY, COMEBACK TO THIS CONDO AND RELAX ON THE SECLUDED BALCONY, ENJOY THE VIEW OF THE MOUNTAIN AND VALLEY, COOK DINNER ON THE GRILL AND SHARE STORIES OF THE DAY. OR IN THE WINTER AFTER A GREAT DAY OF SKIING OR SNOWBOARDING, START A FIRE IN THE STOVE AND KICK BACK AND WATCH A MOVIE. THIS MUST BE HEAVEN..................
