Great stay

We loved our stay here. Breakfast items, treats and a beautiful cake greeted us on our arrival. We loved looking at all of the little Knick knacks around the house. The garden was beautiful. And great to have washing facilities. A great area - Close to everything. We very much enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house.

Amazing property

Great house, clean with so many nice details and interesting decorations. Easy to access , plenty is space to park, so many details like welcoming cake. An incredible and beautiful place to stay.

What a find.

This was cosy and hospitable in the depths of winter. The host was thoughtful in providing special touches, the bed was very comfortable, the dogs were secure, the ambience and decoration was outstanding and the location was terrific. A fantastic stay in every sense.

Relax your worries away

Beautiful property close to ammenities. Welcome plate of cakes and fresh fruit- nice touch after a long drive up. Property has everything you need. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again 😊.

Gorgeous little house in a lovely area

We were so happy with this house. It was immaculate and very welcoming with the food and home made muffins. There was more than enough food. The beds were super comfy and the electric blankets were such a nice bonus. The communication with the owner was great and we will definitely be back to stay here.

A Bendigo Beauty

Don't look any further than Hyacinth House if you're looking for accomodation in Bendigo which is central, comfortable and stylish. This Victorian property is presented beautifully and you will find that the attention to detail enhances your stay. Your host has thought of everything. The house is also situated on a wide street in a quiet area, but with easy access to everything. I am already thinking about a return visit!

Wonderful

Christmas tree and decorations made it so homely. We always feel so comfortable and welcome. Mattress is super comfortable and linen is spotless. We just love returning to hyacinth house. Thanks Allan for yet another great stay. Merry Christmas 🎄

A wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyacinth House, Bendigo. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need, extremely well presented and filled with beautiful and interesting art. The house has a great collection of CD's and new release DVD's which we made use of. The breakfast provisions are extremely generous and appreciated the homemade sweet treats! Location of the house is perfect, quite but still in walking distance to all the action in Bendigo. We would have no hesitation in staying again.

Home away from home 🏠

From the moment we arrived we were made feel at home. Allan is so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He had thought of everything to make out stay comfortable. There is not one thing I can fault it on except our stay wasn’t long enough LOL. Our little dogs had a wonderful time and the yard is secure. The bed was very comfortable and all the extra supplies in the fridge were truly appreciated. Look forward to staying again. 😊

Serendipitous find

What a fabulous place to stay! Comfortable, spacious, quiet neighbourhood yet a quick straight trip into the CBD. But it was the little touches that made us feel so welcome and at home - a homemade cake!!!, fresh fruit, the glass already in the bathroom for our toothbrushes, the exquisite and eclectic art work. I was looking for a place that my husband could relax in comfort while I was off at workshops, and this home was just perfect. Thank you so much!

Great

We loved it. Hyacinth house is in a quiet area, walking distance to the city centre, local supermarket/shopping centre, a great restaurant in the local pub, coffee shops/cafes etc. We all thought it was great - even the dog didn't want to leave his secure back yard when it was time to go home (he still misses chasing the local cat and pigeons who visited daily). Our overseas visitor took lots of photos of the grass parrots on the next-door neighbours’ nature strip

Lovely relaxing stay

There was ample rooms for 4 adults. Going away in middle of a cold winter, there was heating and electric blankets provided which made our stay comfortable. There was no shortage of blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked of utensils as well as bread and milk-which was a nice touch, and the house had an overall lovely comfortable atmosphere. The location was great, and as only a short walk to town to the many restaurants and pubs on offer. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the house was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone staying either with friends or a small family. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you
