Although we only stayed for a couple of days and were mostly away doing day activities, we enjoyed staying at this beautiful place. The only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Highly recommend to visit!

The perfect family getaway by the lake, great communication from host, check in and out was simple, well priced for holiday time and lakeside location.Beautiful grass area overlooking the lake and a short walk to the water. We will definitely consider booking again for future holidays. The Staples

There was no power at the property all weekend we were there. Fortunately the caretaker at the site loaned us a battery box so that we could make tea and toast for breakfast. To the host’s credit he offered a50% refund which I accepted.

Sorry that you had that experience. You forgot to mention that I had an electrician over the weekend testing the appliances and the circuits during your stay. Also not all power was out. It was only the powerpoint circuit. The power to hot water, stove and airconditioning were all fine. As I advised after your stay the power to the power points being cut was due to a rodent eating through the wiring at the switchboard. It took the electrician 3 days to find it. One of those unfortunate situations that can occur.
