We are 5 minutes from both I25 and I225, 20 minutes from both downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, and 15 minutes from DU. Our subdivision is on the beautiful Highline Canal Trail that weaves through the city. Our central location provides easy access to Denver's many attractions. The mountains are close - a 45-minute drive to Idaho Springs and an hour to the closest ski resorts.
A private apartment on the lower level of the main house includes a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet, with French glass doors opening to a covered patio. Large, sunny living area, additional seating, and a flatscreen t.v. with You Tube T.V. and Netflix. There is a full-size fully equipped kitchen with dining seating for 4. Private fenced yard with potty are for pets. Toys, books, games are available upon request. High-speed wireless internet access is included free of charge.
We don't allow smoking of any kind in the apartment. There is a private outdoor seating area appropriate for smoking.
You can be as private as you like, and we are available to answer questions and offer suggestions for local restaurants and attractions.
