Visit & Relax in this lovely 3 bedrooms home away from home, This beach home is located in a quiet neighborhood with private driveway parking for two vehicles & small boat. Only 8 minutes walk to the beach & two blocks to an intracoastal boat ramp and fishing pier. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch where a nice swing is waiting for you to relax, and in the back there's a deck for those who likes sun tanning in peace and discretion. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and flat screen tv's throughout. This three bedroom turnkey vacation property includes all the comforts of home. The bedrooms include 2 queen and 2 twins. Close to quaint local restaurants, Publix Grocery & only five miles to Historical St. Augustine for sightseeing, shopping & dining. Downstairs covered lanai has a seating area as well as table and chair for six, laundry, dryer and gas grill. It also has very thing you will need for a great day at the beach from beach towel, multiple style chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, canopy, cart and wagon. There are 4 bikes If you choose to ride around the neighborhood.

Surf and City

Excellent location to enjoy both the beach and the historic city of St. Augustine. Daily adventures found us exploring an historic fort, basking on the beach, riding the waves, golfing at famous TPC Sawgrass, dining at delicious seafood restaurants, exploring a 300 year old plantation, checking out local art museums, and endless shopping. All within striking distance. A great week vacation for all!!

The house is immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is quiet, as well as charming. We enjoyed a lovely restaurant within walking distance. The host provides everything imaginable to enhance a stay and responds readily to any question.

This property was excellent for our situation. We were 4 adults (2in their 60’s and 2 in our 70’s). We were able to walk to two very good restaurants and to the beach. The property was very well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed within a short drive Would definitely recommend!

Accommodations were perfect with a personal touch!

The house was in a great location, in between the intracoastal waterway and the beach within walking distance to a restaurant. It was clean and the owner was very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Little Vacation Rental

Excellent stay at Vilano cottage

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped home. In walking distance to the beach and the intercoastal waterway. The only glitch for us was navigating the operation of the TV. A more detailed description of how the remotes work would have been helpful. Otherwise, an Excellent stay. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Great family spot

This property was a great for our family with 3 young kids. It is in a ideal location- a quick walk to the beach or over to the intercostal for fishing and a meal at Aunt Kate’s (we enjoyed many!) It was clean and very well stocked with everything from kitchen to beach supplies- even a little treat for kids and adults upon check in. We would love to come back during warmer weather!

Great place to stay.

I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be near the beach and public stores. It is located on a very quiet dead end residential street. Very quite and restful and Debi was a great host. The property was immaculate.

Perfect for our stay

Really, really nice place. Recently-renovated, clean, and well-equipped. Owner is easy to work with, the neighborhood is quiet, the walk to the beach is easy, and the drive to St. Augustine is short. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home away from home

From check in to check out communication with the property manager was awesome! When we got to the house it was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. This house was decorated with a beach theme and it was clean! It was a great home away from home with all of the little extra's we didn't remember were already there. We would recommend this home and we would stay there again!

Our family had a great time in this clean and quiet vacation spot. It had everything that we needed to make our vacation top notch. Conveniently located to all the tourist spots and beaches. Great get away!

We really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. I appreciated the amount of attention to detail from the host, including detailed instructions for using the TV, board games, a well-stocked kitchen (including a first aid kit that came in handy when one of our kids got a scrape) and even snacks when we arrived. The neighborhood has a great vibe with people biking around, a few restaurants, and of course the beach nearby.

The house was great-perfect location. The beach location was amazing! Not overcrowded, not crazy. We were close to historic St. Augustine. The drive there was easy and short. The kids loved jet skiing for the first time. All in all, it was a fabulous vacation!! Thank you Debi!

Great location and great house!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this house. It was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. My 4 year old loved the swing on the front porch, and he loved the patio under the house where we had cake for his birthday. Walking beach access from the house takes some effort, but we knew that when we rented the house. One of our favorite things to do was drive down the road and park at the playground on 23rd/24th St and use the bridge to access the beach. We would definitely rent this house again!

Charming cottage in quiet neighborhood

The cottage was immaculate, very charming and equipped with everything. We particularly enjoyed biking around the quiet neighborhood and walking to the public pier and boat ramp only 5 minutes away. The porch and small back deck were very relaxing to hang out on as well. When we first arrived there was a problem with the washing machine but the owner was very vigilant in getting it fixed and in keeping us informed of the status. The location was convenient to St Augustine sites and to the Guana-Tolamato-Mantanzas Estuarine Research Center and Preserve which has lovely hiking, biking and kayaking.

Sad we had to leave!

I fell in love with this cottage as soon as we pulled into the driveway! Everything was perfect for our stay with our two adult daughters. The quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the ocean were exactly what we were looking for, and this adorable cottage and all of the little extras Debi provided were the icing on the cake for us. We enjoyed daily walks/runs along the shore (a short 1/4 mile walk to the shoreline from the cottage), collected many seashells, watched the sun rise and set, and enjoyed the peacefulness of it all. We did some touristy exploring over the bridge in St Augustine which was also fun, though very busy in early January…we were happy to have the peace and quiet of this sweet cottage to retreat to afterward. We hope to be able to return to this little slice of Heaven in Vilano Beach one day and once again start the day with a cup of coffee while swinging gently on the front porch. A perfect getaway! Cute as could be!

This almost tiny house is perfect for a vacation stay. It appears to have been fairly recently renovated in a cute beachy style. Small, but very functional, this house provided all that we needed. It was well kept, well stocked and the owner was responsive. The only downsides were 1) the closeness of the property next store. The neighborhood has recently allowed lots to be split and a large home sits right next door, with an outdoor light that is rather bright, even through the closed shades. 2) There is no yard in the back and no longer one on the side. The only space is in the front, hence the seating under the house. It's a decent solution, but wasn't quite as pretty as sitting outside would have been. 3) The walls between bedrooms are a little thin. None of this kept us from thoroughly enjoying our stay. We would stay here again and we would recommend it to anyone wondering if the house looks like the pictures. It does! You will enjoy it and the TLC the owner provides to insure your stay is a good one.
