Charged a premium price for a standard unit. Living room furniture was well past it's replacement date, washer was ancient and dryer was even older and barely worked. A give away was when we checked in, the six line retractable clothesline was extended and had over 20 clothespins on it. Second bedroom is very dark, like a basement room, unlike the photos. Also a significant ant problem at the front door.

Fantastic property, well presented, everything we needed. Great position

This property suited all our needs. Appliances all worked well, location central to everything. Modern, clean and stocked with a few basic but essential items.

Room to relax in paradise close to ammenities

We stayed with our 3 children - one toddler and found the accomodation met our needs. We had all our meals there and found the facilities on par with a home kitchen. The BBQ was also handy. The main bedroom is large and ensuite is large as well. There is no bath however. The use of the buggy for the week was great as was collection and drop off to the airport along with our luggage. What it takes to be a 5 star property? Foxtel channels are random and availability differs by room. Internet availability is extremely low usage (500mb a day), so streaming content or uploading your holiday photos to the cloud isn't possible without incurring excess charges. All staff that we met or corresponded with were very friendly and helpful.
