Balcony with a view of the Mont-Blanc (the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, therefore it has a very nice view).

Adjacent to the Chamonix Sud bus station, this apartment is a quiet place to stay and rest well during the busy UTMB week at the end of the Summer season.

The place was quiet and convenient. The apartment was true to the pictures. It was a little hot in the apartment, no fault of the owners, strickly a mother nature problem. The only con was poor internet service. The views were beautiful and very comfortable.

Petit appartement fonctionnel bien placé dans Chamonix. Cuisine toute petite mais très bien équipée ! Un bémol pour le pass parking qui n'a pas fonctionné de notre séjour...

Bonjour Je tiens à préciser que le badge du parking fonctionne parfaitement. Il était tout simplement désactivé car une personne a fait de mauvaises manipulations. Si vous rentrez dans le parking sans badger et en suivant une autre voiture vous ne pourrez pas ressortir du parking . en effet comme le badge n'a pas enregistré votre voiture pour rentrer dans le parking il se désactive automatiquement si vous l'utilisez pour ressortir. C'est une sécurité afin que n'importe qui ne vienne pas se garer dans ce parking qui est privé. ensuite il suffit d'aller à l'agence foncia qui se trouve à 200 mètres de l'appartement afin que quelqu un puisse réactiver le badge. Vous auriez du le signaler et le problème aurait été réglé dans la journée. Je suis alléeà Chamonix la semaine dernière après votre départ. Le problème est réglé

appartement fonctionnel, très bien situé dans chamonix au calme, avec de jolis coins de verdure autour pour les chiens, et tout accessible sans voiture c'était parfait pour qqs jours pour découvrir les randos autour de chamonix, on reviendra surement.

J'ai apprécié mon séjour vacance dans ce logement qui est très bien situé non loin de tout, transport en commun, restaurants,gare... spacieux avec un grand balcon privative, possible de ce garé gratuitement dans la cour. Merci à l'hôte et à madame Cindy qui m'avait guidé pour accéder au logement. Je reviendrai et recommende vivement ce appartement
