Jack's Shack is a very well set up house for our multi-family group of 11 ppl. It was comfy, clean, spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen, plenty of fridge space, air-con in every room and laundry facilities. Stephen responded very promptly to any queries and I thought it was a great value stay.

Perfect accommodation for Family Snow Trip

This property is on point. Exactly as described, and so big! We are a family of 5 but comfortably could have fitted another family, plus a couple. Lots of space to eat, chill and move about. Even a high chair, internet, super comfy large couch, and heating in all bedrooms. We will be back!

Talbingo Fishing Trip

What a great house. Fresh and newly renovated. Great kitchen which was extremely well equipped. Very spacious with a great covered deck for afternoon drinks. Good sized bedrooms. Plenty of parking and centrally located with a short stroll to the club and shops. Communication with the property Manager was spot on. A very enjoyable stay. We'll be back for sure. Andrew

Great house for families

We had two couples and three kids sharing the house and it was perfect for our needs - spacious, clean and comfortable. There was also enough space to be able to entertain other families without being cramped. Would happily stay at Jack’s Shack again.

Great Family Home

We had 3 families staying here and it was spacious and comfortable. Perfect bedroom configurations, clean, tidy home in a beautiful, serene neighbourhood. Stephen was very responsive and accommodating! Would definitely stay again, thank you :)

Best house in Talbingo

We love this house and always try to get it when we visit Talbingo to ski. Wifi good, house clean and lots of fridge space which is important as need to take everything we need as no local supermarket.

Perfect spot for family mountain getaway

Jacks Shak was so well set up. Easy to find everything. Great space for two families of four and room for more. Loved the outdoor setting for meals with the big long tables and comfy chairs. BBQ was easy to use. Toilet paper, hand towels and hand soap were supplied. Lots of thoughtful touches that made it easier to relax and enjoy. Nespresso coffee machine was appreciated. Half hour drive to the yarrangobilly caves and thermal pool for a wonderful day out. Neat and clean throughout. We had a family of peacocks visited one morning, king parrots across the road. Lots of kangaroos were seen in our walks around the village. Was a delightful weekend for all. Thanks so much

Best house we have stayed in in Talbingo

Jack’s Shack was just as advertised. It was a lot bigger than all other houses we have stayed in in Talbingo. Spotlessly clean and the milk in the fridge was a welcoming touch.

Perfect stay!

This property is conveniently located near the town where the grocery store, ski hire etc is. Jack's shack is spacious, clean & has all the essentials handy. Owner is very accomodating & easy to contact. Will definitely stay here again!

Best house in Talbingo

Best house in Talbingo that we have stayed in. Worth paying that little extra (compared to others). Only thing missing was a carport which you only notice when you are loading and unloading car in rain, but driveway is right next to door anyway.

Very well equipped holiday house, everything is good, highly recommend. The only concern is there is only 1 bathroom for shower, no phone and internet reception if you are using Optus and Vodafone.

Perfect for a family snow trip

Jacks Shack was comfortable and has everything you need to make a family snow getaway enjoyable. Reasonably priced and great location. Owners were super helpful with any questions. Highly recommend!

Everything Is As Advertised

Absolutely perfect house for our stay. Comfy Beds, Very large rooms and suited us 7 adults especially having two toilets. Great location, easy town access to shops and local club. Only suggestion a can opener and some salt n pepper would have been nice, however not a big issue, just a suggestion :) TY so much Stephen xx
