Island Life Getaway~ Bring Your Boat!

There is something for everyone so come enjoy yourselves in beautiful Treasure Island! Sunrises and sunsets are breath taking. The neighborhood is quiet and this house offers wraparound porches with both beach and bay views. This location is great for fishing and 2 minutes from the beach. Our house sits on the end of a canal with a boat slip available during your stay. Our home will sleep up to 8 people comfortably. It is approximately 30 minutes from Moody Gardens and Galveston attractions. There is a private beach entry for Treasure Island located on the beach side of the neighborhood. There is also a public playground for the kiddos located just a short distance to the San Luis Pass!

Kerri is great to work with. The place is as advertised and the price is awesome. In general it was clean and stocked well enough. It is probably time to invest in some new linens and towels but overall it was great.

Nice cozy little house, had trouble getting the rental agreement to owner who was short in conversation, key code we were given was wrong so had to contact owners as soon as we got there and wait for correct code. Other than that house was just as advertised and expected. Affordable cozy and clean! Enjoyed our stay and plan to come back

The property was exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, had all the amenities we were looking for, and the location was perfect. We had a kayaking weekend and the canal made it easy to launch and retrieve our yaks without having to load and unload them from the truck each day. This gave us even more time on the water. Kerri was spectacular, easy to work with, and very kind. I highly recommend her and her property to anyone who is wanted to soend time in San Luis Pass.

I'll be going back for sure

I've stayed on San Luis pass before and at surfside and have had bigger houses but this one was my favorite so far. Nice and cozy and big decks. Will definitely be going back . The owner was great. She was very easy to contact and replied very quick. Not to mention she was very nice. I took my boat to this house and was very happy with being able to stow my boat on the lift and able to wash it down after going out . I've talked about this place to a few friends and they are very interested in renting this place out. Had a great time and definitely going back again.

Enjoyable family weekend

Great location right by the beach, very cozy house, nice place to fish and chill. When we arrived the cleaning person hadn’t taken the previous bedding out of the bathtub. I texted the property owner which responded very quickly despite being so late at night. They was very concerned stayed in contact and refunded us the cleaning fee and one’s night stay plus had the cleaning person come out the next morning to clean the bathroom. I would most definitely rent from them again. Thank you Kerri and Josh be blessed.

Nice, quiet neighborhood and quick access to beach

Overall great property. Easy check in, very responsive owner, and pictures are accurate. What you see is truly what you get. You need to make sure to bring everything they tell you so don’t think they’re just kidding lol. If there is WiFi we couldn’t find the info and quite frankly didn’t matter because we wanted to be outside but there is a roku and we couldn’t use it. Not a big deal for us. Some of the sheets were pretty stained and we found a cigarette butt in the bunk bed when we arrived from the previous guest. It’s definitely the most expensive Vrbo I’ve stayed in around this area for the size of the house but I brought a side by side and left it and my trailer in the driveway while we drove around town and to the beach. Safe, quiet neighborhood and the neighbors kept a good eye on things and even helped me out when I needed it. If you’re not familiar with the area just know you’re a good drive away from a store so prepare but the beauty of it is you’re far away from the crowds too.
