Traditional Landes house, in the heart of the forest near the beaches
The property is located in the heart of the Landes forest, just 20 minutes from the Atlantic beaches. The place is therefore ideal to collect all the benefits of the holidays: enjoy the beach or the many other activities nearby during the day, and benefit from the calm of the forest in the evening. Located 20 kilometers from Dax, it can also accommodate you if you are on a spa treatment.
We completely renovated the house in 2012. With a surface of 70m² (+ a canopy of 20m²), it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7/8 people. It is fully equipped, inside and out, and offers you all the comforts of a modern house in an old setting.
Housed in an old barn, near the Landes house on which it depended, it is completely independent and has its own 1 hectare plot. Oriented towards the forest and the rising sun, you have a superb view of nature from the first hours of the morning.
