Chacra de 6 hectareas en la zona de Sierra del Carape, excelentemente ubicada a tan solo 35kms de Punta del Este y 30kms de la playa.
En una zona de increibles paisajes se encuentra esta chacra situada en una antigua escuela rural de gran encanto.
En la antigua casa de la maestra se encuentran hoy 3 luminosos dormitorios y el viejo salon de clase fue convertido en un amplio estar con cocina integrada, grandes ventanales y una generosa estufa a leña.
En la zona del Galpon se encuentra otro dormitorio con un baño.
El terreno cuenta con un monte de Acacias, frutales y eucaliptos, un tajamar donde abundan los pajaros, un arroyo con un muelle flotante ubicado en una piscina natural para darse increibles baños, rodeado de un gran cañaveral lleno de pajaros.
Un lugar pleno de naturaleza, rodeado de frutales y pajaros para disfrutar de increibles amaneceres y puestas de sol, a tan solo 30/35 minutos del entretenimiento de punta del este o de la playa de portezuelo.

We are family based in Montevideo, and La Escuelita is our weekend farmhouse. Our second home. It was an abandoned rural school that until the 80´s was full of kids from the close rural areas. It has 2 houses. One was the original classroom (now kitchen/living room) and the other one was the teacher house (now rooms) .
