What better way to enjoy your Byron Bay holiday than in a spacious 5 bedroom house close to beautiful Tallow's beach. Situated at Suffolk Park just 7 minutes from Byron Bay main beach, where you can enjoy miles of unspoilt beauty plus some of the best surfing and fishing beaches in the area.

The large house features open plan living on 2 levels, high ceilings, polished timber floors with lovely outlook to pool and garden. The upstairs consists of a well equipped chef's kitchen, a large dining room table and a lounge area with comfy couches and a day bed. Modern Bathrooms & Kitchen

The living areas all open onto a large north facing covered deck with hooded 6 burner BBQ and another large dining table designed to capture the cool summer breezes. There is also one bedroom (KS bed) one bedroom (2 x SB) and a bathroom on this level. The ground floor has three very large bedrooms (QS beds). Of the three, one has an additional single bed. The three bedrooms downstairs are serviced by 2 bathrooms.

Four out of the five bedrooms have LCD televisions and Netflix/Stan enabled for your convenience. Main living area is also a Smart television. Foxtel IQ has been included with this TV.

The house is fully airconditioned/heated. Ceiling fans are in most rooms and the house is screened. Free Wifi is available

There is undercover parking for 2-3 vehicles in the carport. Parking is also available out the front footpath. The house is located at the rear of the large 800 sqm block with an 11 metre heated swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens.

Byron Bay Golf Club is only 2 minutes drive away.

Also within a short walk is the village of Suffolk Park with its fabulous bakery, Tavern, shops, supermarket and restaurants. With Byron Bay only a 7 minute drive away, this location is the perfect compromise between all the action of the Bay and the unspoilt beauty of Tallows Beach.

Linen and bath towels supplied and all beds made prior to your arrival. Hair dryer's are supplied for your convenience, just bring your beach towels and a book!

Family get together

The property catered to our family exceptionally well, the kitchen was great and the lounge seated everyone for the evening get togethers. It is centrally located to shops, pub, cafe and the beach. Highly recommended.

Family holiday in Suffolk Park

We had a fantastic holiday with our grown children, their partners and 2 grandchildren and 1 dog. The property was great for our extended family and very well equipped for a large group. The dog beach close by was an added bonus. All in all a wonderful place for family to get together

Walking distance to beautiful beach and fabulous local village with amazing food. House was fabulous, didn’t want for anything. Stayed for two weeks and definitely could of stayed longer. Will be back with some of my family next time

Beach House on Armstrong

Good property for our large family of 8 adults and a couple of kids. The heated pool was a bit chilly. Great location as an easy walk to the beach and local shops, bakery etc. Unfortunately the free to air TV did not work at all and the wifi is very intermittent. Not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying. Also the vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced, it just doesn't work.

Hi Michelle, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. With regards to some of your feedback, the free to air didn't work because during your stay, someone has turned off all three televisions on the lower level of the house at the wall. One of those has an internal antenna. We arrived shortly after you and also noticed the free-to-air wasn't working and were going to call a technician until we investigated further. The pool is serviced weekly and the company notes the pool temperature which was 27c. You may have kept the pool blanket off during the night? Or expected it to be like warm like a spa? We are very clear that the pool heating is averaging 23/24c in the warmer months, even though it is set higher. We always advise guests to put the blanket on at night when the weather is cooler. The vacuum was used by me after your stay and it was working (only 12 months old) but there was something clogging it which I removed. This is not the vacuum the cleaners use. Wifi - unsure why there was an issue with it however we find the company very reliable. Byron Bay is regional so if there is bad weather, there can be electrical issues/tower issues on occasion. If you had contacted Nicky the manager with any of the above concerns, she would have happily assisted however you didn't reach out during your stay unfortunately. Nicky is always happy to assist.

Excellent Holiday Spot for families

The place was immaculate and close to the beach and a short hop skip and a jump down to Byron Beaches. The house was fully equipped with everything you could ask for - even down to sand buckets and pool toys for the kids to a fully set up kitchen. This house certainly met and exceeding our expectations of a great family stay. We can’t wait to have another trip to this location and stay at this place. It has a great homely feel and you feel immersed into the town even popping down to Suffolk Park bakery feeling part of the in crowd ordering your patisseries and coffee. Hands down best stay we have had on the coast in a long time. Cheers to the owners and management staff that look after this place - even made special with the Christmas decorations and tree put up for us over the holiday period. Regards, Nick

Amazing house!

We travelled from Canada to visit some family in Sydney and we decided to book the house for both families, 11 people in total and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everything was PERFECT! We were greeted with a bottle of Champagne and box of chocolates, coffee & milk and there was even a Christmas tree! Nice details as we were spending New Year’s Eve at the house. Super easy check in, the wole house was spotless. Lots of sitting are in the living room and on the deck outside. Each bedroom has a closet and dressers, super confortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you may need and even more! Big BBQ. The Air conditioning, laundry (many rack to hang your clothes) fans and wifi worked perfectly. The pool was also cleaned and heated. Perfect location! Walking distance to the beach, shops, bakery, grocery and wine/drinks store which was very convenient being a big group. During check out we forgot our computer bag with all the passports and a very big amount of cash. We were contacted right away not only by the manager of the house but also by the owner to let us know. When a family member picked up the bag the whole amount of cash was in there. Very honest people. We will be forever grateful! I highly recommend this property and we will definitely book it again if we are visiting the area.

Great hangout house

We really enjoyed staying here. Location was great, close to a surprisingly great little group of shops and restaurants and also close to the beach. A lovely relaxing house to stay in. One of the best bits was how well the house was kept with loads of things that made it an easy stay, like cooking equipment, pantry basics, bedding, gates for stairs so little kids don't fall down etc etc. Thanks to Lisa and team for setting it all up well.

Excellent Property!

We stayed here over New Year for a week and couldn’t fault it! The whole house was exceptionally clean and really well equipped. Lisa the host was very accessible from when we booked it and made everything very easy throughout. The house is in a great Location, so close to the beach. It was very quiet ( even on New Year’s Eve). Everyone in our group loved it, we can’t wait to go back this year.

Great for family groups

We had a lovely time making the most of the pool and the big verandah while staying here. Lisa was very clear and understanding in all communications and really wanted us to have a lovely time. Sitting on the day bed enjoying the gorgeous garden and sunshine was a favourite activity for many. We really liked how we all had our separate spaces as there were 3 groups of us but never felt on top of each other

Welcome to Paradise!!!

This was a special holiday with family joining us from the UK and this property was perfect for a large group people of varying ages coming together to celebrate Christmas. Lots of space and privacy with the bedroom set up so everybody could feel comfortable. Fabulous open living area and kitchen and kitchen kitted out with everything you need. The pool well we could not ever kids out of it and in a lovely lush tropical garden. Lisa was fantastic to deal with extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were settled and enjoying our holiday! Suffolk Park is a great location, fab beach and only a 10minute drive to the hustle and bustle of Byron Bay and all that it has to offer! If and hopefully when the situation arises we would be back in a heartbeat!

Perfect in every way !!!!!

We had a fabulous time at this property. Ideal for two families with teenage children. Spacious rooms, great outdoor space and well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the foxtel and Netflix and no arguements over channels as the house had 4 tv’s. Close proximity to beach and local shops, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Byron. We will definately be back !!!!! Lisa was fanstastic to deal with, super helpful 🙂
