Thank you for sharing your lovely home. It is ideally situated, with a short walk through the park straight to the beach. The back yard is beautiful and the fresh baked bread was a real treat.

Peaceful view out the window towards the escarpment and chicken coop while sitting in bed with a cup of tea. Lovely quiet location, mattress was really comfortable, got amazing sleep. Great bedding (natural fibers!), no artificial fragrances. Would absolutely come back.

My overall impression always lies with how comfortable a bed is when you go on holidays - as people always say " there is not a good bed unlike your own", well the minute our heads hit that oh so comfortable mattress, that was it. As always I only give an excellent review when the place hits all my ticked boxes and this place is no exception. The homemade baked bread on arrival was a real surprise, the fresh chicken eggs from your own backyard were delicious. Thank you Rosemary & Ian for a lovely, cozy little upstairs hide away. Will definately come back and stay!

Rosemary and Ian were welcoming, kind and responsive. We loved the homemade bread on our arrival. We had everything we needed for a very peaceful and relaxing holidays. We felt home away from home, enjoyed meeting the lizards and chooks too :)

Great weekend break away.

This property is a quiet, comfortable, clean, home away from home. The location is superb with a short walk to beaches and cafes, set in a lovely quiet suburb. The owner's hospitality made us feel welcome and relaxed. A lovely stay!

Roadtrip stopover

We enjoyed a relaxing night at Austinmer Gardens B&B on our road trip with our 2 puppies. Accommodation was very comfortable and is in a great location. Breakfast was very good with freshly baked bread and lots of other options too. Highly recommend a stay at this B&B. We would gladly stay here again!

Great hidden gem

Great spot for a short stay - close to beaches and shops yet very quiet. Rosemary looked after us very well even though we were only there for 1 night as we were attending a wedding. We had everything we could have needed and enjoyed our visit.
