Nicely equipped and decorated hous with a lovely view and pool. Would definitely recommend staying here as the hosts are really helpful and the quality of the house is great. Make sure you prepare for the steps to the house because they are intense!!
We had a fantastic five days in Port de Soller. The apartment was clean and homely and had everything we needed, including some beach toys which our four year old daughter loved.
Appartment very well equipped, large rooms, heating was wonderful for January temperatures

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, but it really needs a freshen up and some tlc. Garden was very overgrown and neglected which added to the number of mosquitos… we mistakenly opened the windows when we arrived and then spent the week trying to get rid of them all… not much fun.Inside is similarly tired… sofa had a horrible smell (we had to put a blanket on it), paintwork very tatty and covered in squashed mozzie stains and mattresses very old and uncomfortable. New washing machine and dishwasher were a positive. A shame as if these were fixed it would be an incredible property… hopefully the owners can invest a few ’s and sort things out… until they do I’d steer clear.
We had seen a couple of less favourable reviews for the property shortly before our stay so were slightly apprehensive. Comments such as the garden being a mess, and the quality of the decor had been mentioned by some guests. I can honestly say we had no real issues. The property has a great location and was just right for our needs. It had fantastic views and was five minutes walk down the 193 steps to the beach. We saw the steps as part of the fun of being there - just be careful when they are wet! We made use of the communal pool too, and were usually the only people sitting by it. It’s close to the property so you can easily bring out drinks or sandwiches to the pool. The garden was perfectly fine and contrary to some previous reviews mosquitos were not an issue as we used the mosquito screens if we wanted the windows open and the very effective aircon if the windows were closed. The shower temp was a bit erratic to control sometimes but not in a way that bothered us. Some previous reviews also mentioned that the decor needed some TLC. We felt it was more that the place has the rustic charm of a traditional holiday home, so we liked the slightly mismatched crockery and vintage furniture, and were unbothered by the odd paint chip. However, if you’re someone who prefers high-end decor and fittings when on holiday then another property might be more to your taste. In summary, we loved it, would book it again, and it’s great for easy-going families.
Really lovely, view is incredible. Apartment is cosy and has everything you need for a great trip. Coms with Jamie and the management company were very good. There was a heavy downpour the day we arrived at the beginning of the week - the pool area wasn’t swepped until the weekend and looked a little neglected. Other than that, a wonderful stay and would recommend.
Great communication from the start with both the property owner and property manager. The house is comfortable and well equipped and felt like a home from home. We really appreciated the beach toys and parasols, games and kitchen equipment. It's a loooong way up via the stairs, but that position affords an amazing view of the bay and a real sense of quiet.

Really nice property. Good description. You need to be fit as there are lots of steps. Pool is really nice. property well equipped (lots of towels)!
Owner was great - friendly & very helpful
Comfortable apartment in a brilliant location with amazing views
Amazing location with amazing views. Breakfasts and dinners on the terrace outside were blissful. Apartment has everything that you need for your stay. Great training going up and down 193 steps down to the port. Great tips/information from the owner and agent. The only minus point was a fight with the security box at the beginning to get the keys to the apartment (solved by the agent in the end by using the second safety box instead). Hopefully this is fixed going forward and should not be a problem for future guests.
Definately recommend the apartment and the area. We did lost of hiking and it is easy to use local buses and taxis.
This apartment is as described. Very clean, well equipped, aircon / heaters and nice outside area. You do though need to be aware of the 190+ steps down - and up to reach the beach, otherwise you need a car or walk the coast road that doesn’t have pavements - so caution needed.
However, the apartment with pool access was great - and Port de Soller is incredibly relaxing.
Nice area, lovely views but pool-area needs to be fixed
We loved our stay, slept so well at night!⭐️
The flat is not new, but worked perfectly for us.
A bit tired here and there, and a mouldy shower curtain, but overall all good, loved the personal touch.
Unfortunately the pool and common areas outside the flat are really worn out and lowers the overall impression.
Nice home with wonderful little garden and nice mountain view
Our stay was great! The home was clean and beautiful furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped! Lots of books in the shelfes ( You do not need to bring any, if you speak English). Highly recommend to read a Winter in Mallorca from George Sand! We do saw Frank the Gekko and come cats did visited us. Neighborhood was great and only 2 min from the beach. The agency was nice, reachable and very helpful!
Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a lovely, cozy and clean place. There is an extremely well equipped kitchen, towels and bedding come with the rental (including beach towels). We made food use of the electronic mosquitoe swatter (needed when the rain came). The property even had beach equipment, including parasols. We really appreciated these little touches, and enjoyed the sunny art around the property.
Communication was first class, thank you!
The view is simply stunning. I insisted on slow mornings wherever possible, just to sit on the verandah and enjoy the view with a morning coffee.
Beds were okay, could do with being upgraded soon. There was a hot water issue (showers kept running cold with the hot water never to return, which got annoyingas one stood there in soap suds). When we reported it upon leaving, the property manager was apologetic ant assured us that this was unusal and would get it sorted.
Please note one has to to be fully able-bodied to get to and from this place. If you are unsteady on your feet, avoid! Would happily go back :-)

Dated and in need of decoration
Good stuff:- Location was great, the apartment had everything that you need for a summer holiday. Not so good stuff:- Shower doesn't work in the en-suite bathroom, the showers need proper temperature control as they go from scolding to cold quickly and frequently, a number of bulbs were out. Terrace is a mess, looks like stuff is dumped there. Jamie check your managing agents as the terrace table was dirty on arrival. Overall the apartment is dated and could do with a revamp. This is not a criticism but an observation

A place that could be better than it is
The place is OK but certainly not a place where we would like to stay again. The apartment was clean but not cleaned up. Stuff is often just crumpled in the cupboards and shelfs. One morning the whole apartment was smelling like a slurry pit from all the bathrooms. Probably this house does not have any ventilation of the toilet drain, so that every once in a while the siphons are sucked empty and you smell those things that you certainly don't want to smell. For the rest of the days it was not as bad because we sealed all the siphons during the night and flushed them in the morning but it was still always smelly. In order to make things better the only advice was: "Why don't you use an air refreshener from the grocery store?" Seriously?? According to the description, there is a parking belonging to this appartment but when we got there, we had to park on the street. The so called "grill" was not really reachable unless you arrive there with a machete since it stands somewhere deep in the so called garden which is rather a jungle since there is no way to really walk through it. So the garden... It could be a really nice garden if someone would take care of it but unfortunately it is completely run-down. Same holds for the little terrace inside the garden. It could be a very nice place with a potentially good view but as run-down as it is right now it is really no fun to sit there. All in all: It could be a great place but unfortunately it would need a little more maintainance.
