Cozy-1BR/1BA -Close to ski resorts, hiking, fishing, biking & adventure park
This is the greatest little property! Located in the Tiger Run Resort on north side of Breckenridge Colorado. Approximately 400 square feet, 1BR/1BA.  Sleeps 2 in main floor bedroom with Queen size bed. Please note the couch is not a sleeper sofa. 
Our chalet is close to the Resort Lodge Building with an Indoor Heated Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, Showers, Laundry, Game Room, Business Office, and Workout Room. We are next to the volleyball court, tennis court, and close to the children's playground.
Free Summit Bus Shuttle picks up at entrance to resort on Hwy 9, with transportation to Breckenridge (stops at gondola), Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Also available within Breckenridge is Free Ride bus service. Many transportation services operate to-and-from the Denver airport and the town of Breckenridge, including Tiger Run Resort.
Amenities include:
-Comfortable living area with a fantastic view of the mountains.
-Kitchen with full-size fridge, ice maker, range, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
-Fully stocked with utensils and dishes for cooking.
-Bedroom has queen size bed and a ceiling fan.
-Bathroom with garden tub with shower and small toilet stall.
-All linens are provided.
-Hair dryer and iron are provided.
-Coffee and tea are on hand so no need to rush to grocery store.
-The living area, and bedroom each have TV's with cable service. The living room is a Smart TV with available streaming apps.
-High speed WiFi in the chalet.
-This single family home will accommodate 2 vehicles out front. A carport provides some shelter from weather. Parking is free.
-In the summertime, the deck is fantastic, gas grill, pub style table with umbrella, and four comfortable chairs allows you to enjoy evenings outdoors. Deck has a patio cover so it can be enjoyed even during the afternoon rains.
We have two outdoor cameras on the property. One in the carport facing the driveway and one on the back of the chalet facing the mountains.
Destination: All Seasons
Winter activities: Skiing and snowboarding are close by, with 5 great resorts within a few miles of each other: Breckenridge (4 miles), Keystone (10 miles), A-Basin (15 miles), Copper Mountain (15 miles), and Vail (34 miles). Some of the best powder in North America year after year. There are tube parks, half-pipe, world class competitions, international snow sculpting contests, ice skating rinks, indoor and outdoor. Rent snowmobiles and go it alone, touring the Rockies or a guide will be happy to show you the best trails. Nordic skiing is 1 mile away. Go snowshoeing on winter trails. The Frisco Adventure Park has tubing, with a magic-carpet for quick return to the top of the hill. The Adventure Park also has a beginner ski hill, which is great for starting out.
Summer activities: Paved bike trails are just across Hwy 9. You can bike to Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone or Dillon and never leave a safe trail. First class fly and reel fishing in the Blue River and nearby lakes and ponds for adults and kids alike. For the hikers and mountain climbers, the Colorado Trail is just across Revett Dr from the resort (2 min walk). Many hiking trails are available for all levels and abilities to enjoy. You can hike to the Continental Divide or climb 14-teeners. Boat, kayak, and pontoon rentals on Lake Dillon at Frisco Marina round out the adventure program. Nearby national parks with day use access to the lake. Theatre groups, renowned summer orchestra and concerts are favorites for guests and locals alike.
