Exquisite Holiday Experience in SoCo - Excellent Pristine Central SoCo Property

Charming front house located 2 blocks off of South Congress. Interior is completely renovated with high end amenities. A super exterior bonus is the covered front porch, moon deck, lady fountain, and a magically lit back yard. We strive for excellence and go over and beyond to ensure a good guest to property fit and a wonderful experience. NOTE: Reviews for this property are posted on Sister Property VRBO ID # 398011 - Same Owner/Same Property - Cottage A is in the Front Portion of the property.

We encourage longer term stay and offer a 30% discount for monthly rentals. There is an additional rental agreement submitted to Guest once booking completed.

We are pet friendly on a case by case basis and require a $100 non refundable pet deposit for first pet and $200 pet fee for second pet if approved. There will be pet screening questions with each pet booking request. Minimum age is 25 years, with the exception of guests with children .

There is an additional 11% Hotel Occupancy Tax for stays under 30 nights that is not included in the rate; an additional agreement specific to this property will be sent to the Guest upon booking.
