Charleston has been voted as the NUMBER 1 city in the WORLD by Conde Nast! The pristine beaches are a large draw to the area and Folly Beach is the closest to downtown. This townhouse is the perfect set up and location for a family that is looking to vacation in Charleston, soaked up sun and sand, and still be close by to everything Charleston has to offer!

This newly remodeled townhouse provides a open floor plan that is ideal for larger groups to gather. The kitchen's granite counter tops provide ample space for cooking and sharing stories. The kitchen shares a flowing space with the living rooms where a large, plush sectional sofa will accommodate the entire group to watch NetFlix, Hulu, or any other streaming app via 55" Smart TV. The living room is bright and airy because of The large windows and sliding glass doors provide the living room with an abundance of light and lead to the screen-in porch and outdoor furniture for all meals and entertaining. Just off of the kitchen is a two twin bedroom and a separate bathroom. Walk upstairs and you will be greeted by the very spacious King size master suite with private bath and closet. Every bedroom is equipped with a brand new flat screen TV that is hooked up to a Roku streaming device for accessibility to your favorite streaming service. On the way from the master suite to the second bedroom, a washer and dryer is available for use. The other second floor bed room has a Queen size bed and private full bathroom. For additional sleeping arrangements, the sectional sofa in the living room pulls out to a sleeper. Eight people will fit comfortably but you are more than welcome to bring an air mattress for a extra space.The entire house is connected to wireless internet.

The ground level is a two car garage and a carport large enough for another vehicle. In total, 3 vehicles can fit in the garage and carport. Any additional vehicles are more than welcome to park on the streets. Folly Beach allows free street parking.

We are located on the river side, so there are partial views of the Folly River from the master balcony. There is a pool located in the facility to swim in on those days that you don't wish to go to the beach. Just pass the pool area, you can walk out to the extended dock for views of the Folly River where water sports and paddle-boarding can be enjoyed! The beach is less than a 1/2 mile away, just a short walk to all the waves and sandcastles that you desire. Also located just a few blocks away is Center St., with fun shopping, restaurants and bars.

Family Vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our week at Folly! We’ve stayed at other places but this was a first at Turtle Bay. The condo was exactly the size we needed, all the comforts of home and location with its amenities were terrific! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made wonderful memories!

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful home walking distance to everything!

The condo was beautifully decorated! It was clean, spacious, very convenient to the bars and restaurants. We walked the three blocks for drinks and dinner. Look forward to coming back soon.

Roomy and Very Cool air

Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. Air-conditioning works great. Patio on every floor with middle being screened in with a faucet to rinse shoes off. All beds were absolutely comfortable and spacious. Beautiful veiws from pool and a 7 minute short walk to beach. There was a bathhouse right next to our beach entrance. Super short walk to center street. Only drove car to visit light house. All check in and check out instructions we clear and easy. We would definitely rent again!!

Great spot to really experience folly. River front beautiful sunsets. Close enough to walk to beach and even easier with the bikes provided. Unit seems to be brand new. Screen porch for al fresco dining. Comfortable beds with high end linens.

Anniversary Getaway

Loved this rental property! The place was very clean and whomever decorated this property did an immaculate job. I felt like I was at home. The decks were a big plus for us. Especially the screened in porch. Everything was within walking distance. This made it nice so we didn’t have to find parking along the beach front. Thank you for such an awesome experience! We will be returning, but with the family.

Great features, easy transaction And very helpful owner

The condo was perfect for our family of 3 adult couples. It was Very clean, the decor so perfect, The kitchen well equipped, spacious, so many updates and many positive aspects. Although not on the beach the location was An easy walk to local attractions and the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and Helpful in any way possible. Townhome on Turtle Bay

My family and I really enjoyed this rental. The townhouse is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials, tools, etc. you would want or need. The kitchen is above average with plenty of room for more than one cook! The bathrooms and laundry area were well stocked also. Proximity to the beach is amazing. It's a 15 minute walk, which we all really enjoyed and made it so easy to go back and forth when you wanted. Center St and restaurants are also a 10-15 minute walk, with plenty of great options for shopping and dining. The terrain is basically flat and biking is awesome (the owners provide two). There is a delightful pool on the property that offers great views of the river. The A/C works extremely well. Dining on the screened in patio in the evenings was very pleasant. Ceiling fans in all the rooms and screened in porch work really well. The furniture in the bedrooms and living area was very clean and comfortable. Folly Beach is a family favorite and we will definitely be returning to this property.

Nice touches throughout the home, bright and comfortable.

All you need in a vaction rental! Many nices touches throughout the home. Art work is awesome around the house and the full comforts of home are there! The reviews were spot on for this rental, and we wanted to add some extra information that I did not see previously included. Sand toys, boogie boards and a beach cart are all available for use. Huge plus for traveling families. Two bikes are also available for use. A few blocks from the beach is a great thing, and an even shorter walk to restaurants on Center Street. Our family of 5 had more than enough room in this spacious home. Custom entertainment center in the family room and the headboard in the master suite are amazing and huge props to the owner for the decor throughout. The screened in porch was a great feature of this property as well. Close walk to a catamaran sail not to be missed on Sail Folly. Surfing and stand up paddleboarding close by...very happy with our experience. The owner was very responsive to messages and we would book this again if we come back to Folly. My 3 young boys and wife loved it. A few morning escapes surf fishing and catching were not far away! Thanks Radd for letting us enjoy your beach home. Mike M, Carolyn and the boys

Six family members for friends wedding

Very nice with some worn/stained accessories and floors. Thermostat artificially limited to 70 degrees. Not acceptable for sleeping as all air-conditioning units should be installed and maintained with capacity to cool at least to 68. A must for me and my family/friends to recommend or to return.

Overall of property

It was a great location and the property was a very nice size for our family. We had a few issue with some of the appliances, but the owner reacted and addressed them quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone and we would certainly consider renting it again.

The property was nice, however we arrived with some issues

We arrived with plumbing issues, master tub would not cut off and the water was dripping down through the ceiling in the living room. The owner had notified us that there was an issue with the master tub water not cutting off, he was unaware that it was dripping through the ceiling. It was just inconvenient for us to have to deal with this. He was able to get a plumber quickly and get it resolved that evening. That evening we sat on the couch and noticed there was quite a bit of sand on the couch (and we had not been to the beach) so it had not been cleaned properly. Also, there was no cable access in the bedrooms, you had to have a Netflix account or your own id to access. The main living area TV had a very small selection of channels. We also had no garage door openers so we had to access from the upstairs. Overall, not the best experience.

Great Condo, very clean and nicely accommodated our group of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids!

Great condo! Very clean and comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 4 children ages 6, 8, 12 and 16. Walkable to downtown Folly Beach and the beach. The wagon was great to use to haul all our stuff to the beach. Due to young children, we did mostly drive to the beach but it is walkable. Amazing sunset views from the dock area, behind pool.

We had a good experience but we should have mapped the walking distance to the beach a bit more carefully. We had lots of kids with stuff to carry so we ended up taking the van all the time. With just adults the walking distance might have been OK
