A SHOWPLACE!!!!!!! An absolutely beautiful 2nd story condo facing Tyler Ave with a wonderful balcony. This condo has very nice cabinetry in kitchen with Viking appliances, controlled wine cooler, washer and dryer. Tract lighting, interior antique brick wall and heart pine flooring add value to the custom design. Condo has secure elevator service with code access and a designated parking space. Park your car upon arrival and you won't need it again until you leave.

Gorgeous condo. One block from the Oxford Square. Wonderful experience!

As Ole Miss graduates we are thrilled at the opportunity to own a property in Oxford. When this location became available we COULD NOT pass it up. It is perfect for our weekend getaways and of course, football weekends.

Why they chose this property

We have been looking for a place in Oxford and when this became available we could not pass it up. It is one block off the square and less than a mile to campus. Once you arrive you never need your car and it has a designated parking space! It is a very special place to us and we have put a lot of our love of Oxford and Ole Miss into the condo.
