This private family holiday home is located in a very quiet area consisting of only two streets, It is important that we respect this close knit community and not allow any form or party or large gathering or loud music past 9.00pm, The person responsible for the property must be min 30 years old and provide a copy of drivers license,
I will personally give you a call once you book to go over everything with you,
Additionally the Property Manager lives in the same street should you have any maintenance or other issues
