-There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom with walk in closet & a private bathroom. The master bathroom has a separate shower & deep soaking tub.
-The Two guest bedrooms each have one King & one Queen bed and share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with double sink vanity, then a door to open a private toilet/shower area & both with large closets.
* Extra Bed - an Italian twin fold-out bed for a preteen is available upon request for your stay for + linens provided in master closet ($50 charge for 8th Guest )
* Pack & Play - travel crib available in master closet ( complimentary )
-The 3rd bathroom is a half bath in the front of the home.

Also, In the front of the home, next to the 1/2 bath is the 4th Bedroom - A New Twin Daybed with memory foam mattress is in this room to sleep the 7th Adult.
This room can be used as a bedroom, small dining room or office as it can be closed off by a door & lock and would make a nice place to sit quietly & work from the home. There are windows w. a view of the landscaped front yard & gardens.

** All bedrooms have blinds for privacy **

Steps away from the home is the Beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, The Ritz Carlton, Dining & Shopping. + Gyms,
Golf, Tennis & Basketball & Playgrounds. Bike to Delnor Wiggins State Park/Beach and Enjoy the Ocean Breeze. * Local Golf
Cart / Shuttle Rides to & from the Beach Are Available and will pick you up in front of this home.

Luxurious amenities including, Beach Towels, Organic Soaps & Lotions. Meyers liquid soap in each bathroom. Delicious Coffee + Keurig pods provided and so much more!

* THIS PROPERTY Has ADT Surveillance Cameras OUTSIDE of the Home around the perimeter & above the garage, ** the 1 camera near the outdoor pool & hot tub HAS been Taped for your PRIVACY **

Brand New Pool Heater * the pool is heated to 85 degrees Complimentary!
Hot Tub is set to 102degrees from 5-10pm unless you request different hours.

You have full use of the Pool Anytime during your stay.

*Please no tampering with pool equipment/damage to the system, or increasing pool heat without asking, there may be additional fee !! the system is on a remote setting so I can see if it’s been changed*

* This property has ADT surveillance cameras OUTSIDE of the home around the perimeter & garage, there is 1 camera near the pool & hot tub that HAS been taped to ensure your total PRIVACY.

There is an additional charge of $50 for an 8th Person. No more than 8 Overnight Guests Total ( including children ) Must Ask before booking to be sure everyone will fit comfortably.
