A nice, spacious and comfortable place to take a big group. Great fireplaces on both levels were a hit, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchens. There are a few areas where the place is a little tired and needs updating a fixing but overall a great stay.
The house has a great view and plenty of sleeping options for a big group. The house is original but in great functioning order. We had a great time. Would definitely use again for a mountain biking holiday with a group.
Perfect base to visit the ski fields Perisher and Thredbo, with a large group of family and friends. Home is on the older side, but well maintained and comfortable. Only negative is no Wi-Fi at property, but adequate mobile phone service made this tolerable. Overall recommended and would stay again.
Great house with lots of beds, lovely deck to sit on. Few minor things would have been helpful eg platters, electric beaters, cupboards that open easily (the big kitchen ones had to be opened from the top), more cutlery.
This is a great place to stay for large families or a few families. Never felt cramped. All the bedrooms are a great size and the downstairs is just as nice as the upstairs. It’s great to have the gate at the back of the property to Tracies Cafe. This place is real value for money. Had everything you could need!!!!
We had a wonderful stay. We were two families with teenage and adult children. All up there were 10 of us. There was more than enough room. The house although a little dated was very clean. The kitchen was very well appointed. The view on the deck was amazing, we were blessed with some lovely sunsets. The communication with the host was 10/10, she always very promptly answered my questions. Although about 10 mins drive from Jindabyne that didn’t bother us, the views and the size of the house made up for that! Having a general store/cafe and a bottle shop at ur back gate was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Snow trip
We had a good stay although the fireplace didn’t work which was a shame because it was why we chose this property. It was very Smokey and unable to be lit. There was also a lot of cobwebs in the house.

Hi Kylie. Thanks for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay and sorry to hear you had trouble lighting the fire. It is made known prior to your stay that if you need any assistance with anything during your holiday you can call on our property managers and they are always there to help.
We really enjoyed our stay. 16 people in one house for 4 nights and we did not feel over crowded. The view is amazing and the fire place made the house warm during a really cold few nights. There is plenty of dishes and cutlery and the place is really well presented. Lovely seating on the deck to take in the amazing view. It was less than 30 minutes to the ski tube which was so handy. Vanessa is so nice to deal with, quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating. It truely made our time in Jindabyne and Perisher really special.
Thank you!
When you don't invest in the upkeep of a property you get a house like this.... kitchen cupboards broken, appliances not working and no instructions, inadequate heating of the entire house, dirty, cobwebs everywhere, smell in bathrooms, poor heating and lighting in bathrooms, clothes dryer extremely dirty and I could go on.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are disappointed that you didn't reach out to myself or our property mangers during your stay because our team would always appreciate the opportunity to rectify any issues you may have. They are available 7 days a week.
There is a heater in every room of the house, including the bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a gas heater and several portable heaters, but the team could have dropped over extra heaters if needed. There is also a QR Code FAQ link on the fridge and texted to you with instructions on how to use all the appliances. Again, if there is any confusion, the team could have helped with a phone call.
We appreciate your feedback and will look into everything you have noted.

Need new cleaners
Although we enjoyed our stay in Jindabyne we found this house needed a lot of maintenance. Windows unable to be opened felt like a sauna . Mattress protectors in a bad way stains ect. Mouldy bathrooms. Will not stay here again . A lot of things not working example bedside lights . One fan to be shared amongst five bedrooms when windows could not be opened on a hot day

Hi Regina,
Sorry to hear you had a few concerns during your stay. Our excellent property managers are available 24/7 to address any issues but unfortunately they were not contacted during your stay. A number of additional fans were available in the laundry, and the property managers will look into the other issues you have raised.
Beautiful property that hosted 14 people which included a baby and 5 kids under 10 years. It was spacious and had more than enough space to accommodate us all comfortably. We stayed here for 5 nights over christmas and had more than enough pots and pans to cook up a feast. One thing that shocked us and it may be petty, is that we were provided with one spare bin liner and 2 dishwasher tablets to last us for a 5 night stay. Surely the $450 in service fee charged can cover a roll of bin liners and specially if you are expected to keep the property clean. Also the toilet on the lower level can most definitely use a working exhaust fan. Oh and carry your own toilet paper if you are staying for long like us. Apart from these little things I couldn't fault the property. The whole family had a great time together and would most definitely recommend..
It was a excellent property , which fitted our whole family and had a great view of the lake.

Good house for a large group.
We had three families sharing this house. The large and well equipped kitchen and lounge room were great spaces to relax and socialise. There was a generous supply of firewood. The property was clean enough, but could do with a good, thorough clean, including under the furniture. The noise from the hotel/motel at the back of the property was occasionally bothersome. A key box to avoid the need to drive into Jindabyne to get the keys and then back to East Jindy would be convenient.
Wonderful property with lots of space for big group
Very comfortable stay with a large group of friends doing a snow trip at Perisher. Incredible well-stocked kitchen. Everything about our stay was great although the fire wood provided was a little green and there was no wifi.
Big and clean property, has a nice and complete kitchen upstairs. Enough for 3 families with a room to spare. Two fireplaces, one on each floor with plenty of ready to use/chop firewood. Very good to warm up the place and dry our snow gears quickly.
Great view in the morning and during the day and very quiet during the night. Would be happy to go back again one day.
The property is great for our 3 families with each has their own bathroom/toilet. Loved the shortcut to the ski rental at the back of house so we could just walk over to rental shop. Quick reply from property manager when we needed help to start the fireplace. Things to improve: I think some heaters in some bedrooms are too old and not keeping the warmth. And there was left behind food/whatever in the fridge that we needed to clean out and sanitised the fridge when we arrived. Some dishes still have food trace on. But overall, it was a great stay for our large family group.
