This two bedroom apartment is conveniently located in a small waterfront complex across the road from one of Perth's finest beaches and Bell Park. 'Seaview on Kent' will comfortably accommodate 4 persons however it is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
Fully self-contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and free wifi, this homely apartment boasts all the amenities needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay at an affordable price. 'Seaview' is only a stone's throw from Rockingham's vibrant cappucinno strip where local shops and eateries will cater for your every whim. The local transit bus stops around the corner and will take you to Rockingham City shopping centre for some serious retail therapy, or to the train station where you can board a train and be in Perth in less than 40 minutes.

Local History...

Located forty minutes south of Perth, Rockingham is a holiday resort city of some 142,000 residents. In 1827 Captain James Stirling landed on Garden Island just off the coast, and two years later the Swan River Colony was founded. Nowadays, Garden Island is home to HMAS Stirling Naval Base, Australia's largest fleet base. In the early days, Rockingham was a busy port for the timber industry, shipping jarrah and sandlewood overseas. Rockingham is a popular tourist destination with beautiful expanses of safe beaches, water sports, and environmental parks.

Convenient yet affordable..

'Seaview ' is situated right in the heart of the Rockingham foreshore. The cafe strip has an abundance of fine eateries where one can wine and dine al fresco style while watching the sun set over the Indian Ocean. Free electric BBQ's, picnic tables and benches are provided on the foreshore parks for leisurely family outings. There is nowhere else within 250km of Perth that boasts such a versatile, interesting and attractive coastline.

We arrived at Rockingham from nsw to beautiful weather and a property that was within walking distance and driving distance to all eateries and anything we needed from hairdressers, supermarkets and the beach. Loved the premises had everything we needed to make meals for ourselves and air conditioning was brilliant as well as facilities to do laundry etc. parking was right at the door so convenient. Will definitely stay again if we ever get back over this side of the country. Thank you Yvette for keeping us up to date where keys etc to the property.

I stayed for 8 days, it is a cosy and well equipped unit and I appreciated the little extras that the owner had done to facilitate my stay eg pantry, bathroom and laundry items. I found it a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It ticked all my boxes.

Very Relaxing!

Absolutely loved it here. Great location, close to everything. Car pretty much stayed in the carpark. Just across the road from Bell Park and the beach. Short stroll to some great restaurants and bars. The place was a joy to stay in, and Yvette was always very quick to answer any questions. Would love to stay again in the future!

Pristine property in idyllic location

Had a wonderful 7 week stay at this lovely property with all it's home comforts. I can highly recommend this property for singles or families. The unit is very spacious, neat & tidy. It's close proximity to the bus route, beach, shopping centre, restaurants & parks would makes it ideal for out of town visitors. Yvonne, the owner was very accommodating and an absolute please to deal with.

Time on my own

It was perfect for Adult Female. To just relax and spend some downtime. Walking distance to foreshore, restaurants. Close to all the atmosphere. Sit on the balcony and enjoy a cuppa.

Great spot

Age of the property,was a little older than I expected but everything was up to standard if not better. I really enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect for my requirements,walking distance to bars ,restaurants etc,and access to major road’s for travel North and South was handy too.All in all,couldn’t fault it.
