Family house in the middle of the nature

The house is in the middle of the nature without any close neighbors. Our kids absolutely loved the pool which has a great view and is the perfect size for a family with kids. The owners are very kind and helpful.

Two families in the stone house

We had a lovely and warm stay at the stone house. The house was fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. We especially loved the swimming pool and bbq, and the peacefull surroundings. Closeby are various nice small towns and activities good for children such as canyoning and climbing the trees. We would love to come back.

Wunderschönes, großes und schön eingerichtetes Steinhaus in herrlich ruhiger Lager.Haus hat alles, was man braucht um Urlaub zu machen. WLan ist etwas langsam ;-)Traumhafter Garten mit super Pool - Perfekt!Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Vermietern war immer unkompliziert und schnell.Wir können dieses Domoizil sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren zu siebt mit 2 Hunden in dem schönen Haus in Labeaume.Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr ruhig und abgelegen mitten in der Natur. Es fahren am Tag ca 3 Autos vorbei, man hat also wirklich seine Ruhe.Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympatisch und herzlich. Bereits vor dem Urlaub und auch währenddessen bestand ein netter Kontakt.Der Pool ist großartig und sehr sauber. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Plaisir estival en Ardèche

Avec notre famille nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Catherine et Pascal où chacun a pu trouver sa place pour profiter de la maison à l’extérieur ou à l’intérieur il est facile de se promener sur les alentours de la maison avec des chaussures adaptées . Ruoms et Labeaume sont des chouettes villages, donc une très belle découverte nous vous recommandons de séjourner chez eux. villages

Excellent séjour dépaysant et apaisant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Labeaume malgré une semaine de canicule intense ! Les murs en pierre épais ont permis de garder une certaine fraîcheur dans la maison malgré tout. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et du calme environnant. Rien à dire sur la maison: tout était parfait (propreté, chambres, mise à dispo de ventilateurs, espaces séparés pour tout le monde, mise à dispo de livres et BD). Petits et grands ont bien apprécié les vacances en Ardèche ! Un grand merci à Catherine et Pascal pour leur accueil chaleureux !

A wonderfull stay!

We genoten van een prachtige woning, volledig uitgeruste keuken, goede bedden, 2 badkamers, veel ruimte , dagelijkse Ping Pong toenooi en met heerlijke tuin om op ontdekking te gaan. Onze hond kon er vrij lopen, onze kinderen spelen en zwemmen, wij een boek lezen in de schaduw onder een van de bomen… de omgeving is rust, natuur en ontspanning. Leuke uitstappen gedaan, canoe en canyoning, stadjes en zwemmen in riviertjes. De eigenaars zijn bijzonder gastvrij, behulpzaam indien nodig ( eenvoudig via wathsapp) maar laten je in je privacy. ( wonen ook niet op het domein) Kortom… heerlijk in elk opzicht. 5plus sterren

Notre séjour d'une semaine s'est merveilleusement bien passé dans cette demeure très bien entretenue. Toutes les fonctionnalités de la maison sont 100% opérationnelles. La piscine est excellente, avec une température agréable malgré la forte chaleur. Les petits enfants sont à surveiller de près évidemment. Située à 10 minutes en voiture de Ruoms, c'est idéal pour profiter des commerces et restaurants. La région déborde d'endroits à visiter. Nous recommandons sans hésitations cette propriété.

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR, SUPERBE !

Réservez sans hésitation ! La maison est parfaite, très belle, grande, très bien agencée et bien équipée pour 9 personnes. La piscine est au top, grande avec 1,80m de profondeur, à 21h l'eau était encore à 26°. Vraiment appréciable avec cette canicule. La maison est proche de toute commodités, Ruoms à 4km pour les courses et marchés, très belle plage de Labeaume à 5km pour se baigner dans l'Ardèche, restaurants. 30 min de voiture pour toutes autres activités (canoë, canoying, grotte de chauvet.....) Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. 2 couples avec 4 enfants de 7 à 16 ans sans oublié mamie. Merci aux propriétaires pour l'excellent accueil.

Rust in Ardèche

De locatie geeft snel het gevoel van rust en stilte wegens zijn ligging met prachtige geologische formaties. Een aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen die houden van natuur en groen. Het 'stenen'-huis is prachtig afgewerkt waardoor je je voelt als god in Frankrijk. Super! Ongestoord kunnen dobberen op een luchtmatras in het zwembad maakte de vakantie volledig af.

Maison typique, avec une vue époustouflante un véritable lieu de repos avec une proximité des activités d'Ardèche du sud. Randonnées possibles depuis la maison. La piscine est très appréciable. Très bon séjour. Nous étions une famille avec 2 adolescentes de 16 et 13 ans.

Un magnifique séjour dans un environnement idyllique

Nous souhaitions nous retrouver en famille avec une partie de nos enfants et petits enfants et nous avons été comblés. La propriété a même dépassé nos espérances car nous craignions la canicule annoncée mais la piscine, la table à l'ombre en fin de journée, le rez de chaussée qui garde la fraîcheur nous ont permis de bien supporter la chaleur. La maison est très bien équipée, chaleureuse et décorée avec goût . Quant à la région elle est superbe, aussi bien les petits villages (y compris Labeaume) que les paysages et il y a beaucoup d'activités (canoë-kayak, randos baignades, canyoning....). Nous avons déjà très envie d'y retourner.

Sehr schönes und gut gepflegtes sowie sehr ordentlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Das sehr schöne, alte und gut renovierte Steinhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Sowohl der Außenbereich wie auch das Innere des Hauses ist sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und für sechs Personen ausreichend. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und helfen einem gerne weiter. Auch war zu jeder Zeit der Vermieter ansprechbar bei Fragen rund um das Haus oder für Ratschläge zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Wir genossen sehr die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Trotzdem war es zu den nächsten Orten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht zu weit (ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt). Obwohl Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Die technischen Einrichtungen wie Bäder, Elektrizität, Küche etc. entsprachen nahezu deutschen Standards. Die wichtigsten Fenster der Wohn- und Schlafräume sind mit Moskitonetzen versehen was sehr angenehm ist. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter Catherine und Pascal für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.
