Edyta and her friends have been charming guests at all levels, we would love welcoming them again. We always new that we had created surroundings that were attractive to a variety of birds (fifty five different species) but this is the first time that we appreciate the numbers, many thanks! Our decision taken a few years ago to live on the property entails an evident discretion on our behalf including for the pool that we reserve for our guests, but being "on hand" has obvious advantages to insure that our guests profit fully when exploring this region and from the activities it has to offer. Space is often a luxury and when we converted the house this was one of the points that we centered on. Creating two wings in the house effectively offers privacy when wanted. Only sorry for the weather but we cannot control it every year! but we are pleased to hear that you fully enjoye your stay. It is certain that the trees give to the property a special atmosphere and ove r the years we have completed this a rich selection of plants and bushes in the gardens. A three weeks stay is a venture particularly given the movement of people during that period. We were impressed by your management. Your comments on the kitchen and the equipment are appreciated, particularly coming from a "cordon bleu"! Vines and wines are an integral part of our activity and it is a pleasure for Nick to set up Wines Tours and share with our guests his knowledge and enthusiasm.
