Enjoy views of Pagosa Peak from the covered patio overlooking Pinon lake. This newly redecorated and remodeled townhome with central AC and heat is located in the Pagosa Lakes area,3 miles west of downtown. Within walking distance are the grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, golf course, tennis courts, and recreation center. A short scenic drive will bring you to the Wolf Creek Ski area(25 minutes)and also several hiking and fishing destinations. Also close by is the famous Pagosa hot springs and tube/raft the beautiful San Juan River (10 minutes).

The 3 bedroom townhouse comfortably sleeps 6, 1 King, 1 Queen, One twin ,1 queen size sleeper sofa .Both bathrooms have double sinks with granite vanities as well as brand new tub/showers. New linens have been provided throughout. The master bedroom which has a 32 inch smart tv and Roku device (just bring your passwords)


and bathroom are located on the lower level along with the kitchen and dining room. Also on the lower level is the living room which boasts a gas fireplace and a new 42 inch LCD television with roku device .Free WI-FI is provided. The one additional bedroom and second bath are located on the upper level.

The full kitchen includes all new Whirlpool appliances and is fully equipped with all new dishes,cookware,and utensils. Coffee pot, keurig, and large crock pot. Plus there is a grill on the patio .A full size washer and dryer are located in the utility room also on the lower floor.

A small supply of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper are supplied to get you started. Anything else needed can be purchased at Walmart.

This was a fantastic place for my family and me while we skied at Wolf Creek. Very well taken care of. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops. Great view of the mountains! Quite reasonably priced. We'll be returning.

kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary items to cook meals, and property was in an ideal location! Super clean and spacious for 4 adults and ski slopes were a direct 30 min drive away which was perfect. Price point was also ideal for broke college kids.

This condo was lovely! It was just perfect for our family of 6. Everything was really clean, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The location is so close to stores and restaurants. It was great to come back to after skiing at Wolf creek. It was very quiet while we were there. We would absolutely return to this VRBO. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely blissful. This property is a wonderful, cozy retreat, perfectly located just outside of Downtown Pagosa Springs. The hosts are very responsive and truly go the extra mile to provide you with plenty of ideas as to how to make your getaway magical. We visited for my wife's birthday, but we can't wait to come back and bring our kids. If you are serious about getting some rest and relaxation while experiencing all that Pagosa Springs and the surrounding areas have to offer, then you have found your place

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo overlooked a lake and mountains from a lovely deck. Many amenities were available to make it feel like home. I especially appreciated having two sofas and a recliner chair in the living room. It was only 5 min. from downtown Pagosa Springs. Would definitely go back if we get out this way again.

Nice casual Pagosa townhome in a very good location. Comfortable beds and furnishings throughout. Clean and well maintained. We have rented in the area before and this was the best unit/experience. Especially appreciate the owner/manager making sure we had WiFi. Thank you !

We went to Pagosa Springs ,Colorado in mid July on vacation. My family fell in the love with this area. Hiking in the San Juan National forest,tubing down the San Juan River,sitting in the pagosa hot springs and shopping in downtown Pagosa! So a week after we got home to Texas we made an offer on this beautiful townhome. Hopefully in the next 10 years or so we will retire to this beautiful area.

This property has a one of a kind view of Pagosa peak and Pinon Lake from our back patio. Centrally located to everything in the Pagosa Springs area. Walking distance to coffee shops,restaurants,and grocery store.The interior of the townhome makes you feel right at home,in the warm and cozy southwestern decor.
