THE VIEW
Sit back and relax in G33 - Steps to the Sand, a ground-level cottage with a beautiful harbor and ocean view cottage located in North Coast Village.
Enjoy the high-quality lounge chairs on the patio which allow you to relax and watch the comings and going of the harbor, the activities on the beach, the surfers riding the waves along the jetty, and the magnificent sunsets.

The road seen in pictures from the patio is a frontage road only used by a small portion of the complex to get to one of the parking garages and is very quiet. The road actually makes it very convenient to pull to the side and unload suitcases or groceries right through the patio door into the kitchen.

This condo is perfect for families wanting their kids to play on the grass off the back patio, anyone with physical disabilities who needs easy access to sand and condo, and/or anyone who wants to sit back on the patio loungers and view the sunset every night.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a large table with seating for 4, as well as 3 additional spots at the bar.

LIVING AREAS
G33 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with 2 swiveling recliner chairs, and a sleeper sofa that's actually pretty comfortable (no weird angles or bars to the back!). The living room also has a flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
G33 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a Cal-King size bed with a small TV, rocking chair, and bench. It is very open and painted in soft blue tones that soothe and put you in vacation relaxation mode. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the main living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-G33 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
G33 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
