Golf lovers everywhere...Come see our 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo on a 36-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course at Lakewood National Golf Club, a championship course and local favorite! This is a monthly rental with many amenities at your fingertips. This is a midrise building with an elevator. The condo is on one level and has a private entrance. Not just for golf lovers though, as we have tennis, bocce ball, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility plus with over 150 miles of sidewalks, trails, parks, lakes, nature, and wetland preserves, you can enjoy the outdoors all day long!



This is an upscale, fully furnished gorgeous condo fully stocked with all that you need for your stay. It's over 1,150 heated sq ft with a new beautiful stainless kitchen, large tile flooring throughout except the bedrooms which are a neutral carpet. The kitchen has a large granite island with a prep sink and soft close drawers, and dark cherry cabinetry fill the kitchen. All basic appliances are included plus dishes, stemware and other necessities. The kitchen island has bar seating for 3 people, plus there is a large dining table off the kitchen that seats 6 with views of the golf course.



The master bedroom has an en-suite bath including a step-in shower, granite vanity, and tile flooring. The master has a King bed, flat-screen TV, a closet for all your belongings, and a ceiling fan. The flooring is carpet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom right around the corner. Full-size washer and dryer are in-house. No schlepping your things to the laundromat.



The living room has plenty of seating for everyone plus a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment and for fun movie nights with the kids. Don't forget the popcorn! There are sliding doors that lead out to the screened-in lanai. Enjoy your meal or a glass of wine outdoors, bug-free.



Aside from the 36-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, the amenities for Lakewood National are the best in the area and extensive. Condo includes transfer of membership privileges at the golf course, driving range, practice greens. Full access to community amenities also includes tennis, new fitness facilities, spa, pools, restaurants, and much more. Membership transfer is included in the rental fee. IMPORTANT NOTE-This allows the membership to be transferred to the two main guests on the reservation provided they are "one household unit" and can show the same living address on a photo ID. Any additional guests would be considered "guests of the renters" and would only be able to use the amenities while being accompanied by the designated guest. PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling.

CONDO AMENITIES



-One small well-behaved dog would be considered, check with the property manager for approval before booking. If approved, pet fee is 200.00 plus tax per stay. NO CATS

Note: During Season (January- April) you must book whole months, i.e all of January or all of February etc. We are unable to accommodate reservations that cross months during this period unless it's 60 or 90 days.



-Professionally cleaned and sanitized per CDC guidelines between each guest stay. PLEASE NOTE- For extended stays of 60 days or more we require a mid-stay clean be done by our cleaners. A member of our team will reach out upon your booking to coordinate the fee and scheduling.
