Great house with a beautiful open pool and a convenient location near the beach. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Home was very nice and clean. Great layout. Plenty of beach chairs and coolers available in garage for beach excursions. Great location. Close proximity to stores and AMI. Only suggestions for improvement are a new rug for lanai and better quality sheets in master bedroom. Will definitely rebook when staying in the area again!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication with the local contact was easy. The home was clean and enjoyable. It had a stock of basic essentials that we needed. The only issue we had was the pool was not very clean. I don’t think it was functioning properly. I messaged the contact who said the pool maintenance company was scheduled to come by but nothing changed with the pool or its cleanliness. Otherwise, the house and our stay was wonderful.

The pool was dirty and cold. Our attempt to add the heater upon arrival was unsuccessful due to a pending service/repair.

Nice location, proximity is good for everything (15-20 minute drive for beaches). Check in was easy. It was nice, plenty of space, just not very clean. House had an odor and could really use a deep clean. When we arrived the beds looked tossed together with sheets hanging out and wrinkled. Drip stains down the kitchen cabinets, dirt and “stuff” in the corners and along base boards and mold in the washer. Several blown light bulbs and one of the rooms fan and overhead light didn’t work at all. It’s a spacious home in a nice area, but just felt dirty and dated.

Sweet Beach Escape

The house is in a great location, and plenty of space to sit back and relax. The family enjoyed the pool and hanging out side. Only issues we saw were the outdoor furniture was broken, we did let them know and it wasn’t a bother to us. The master bath tub leaked, there was a hole in the wall in a back bedroom, and quite a few poop stains on the carpet from previous pets staying in the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. Best beds outside of home. Lots of entertainment. The boys loved the pool table and tv outside. Overall it’s a wonderful home.

The pool was dirty the Saturday we arrived and we kept being told that the pool people would be out the next day . The owner didn't know how to turn on pool light It took until Thursday to clean pool. We checked out Saturday morning. The bathroom we had to hang a towel over the door because we where sitting outside and saw one of the men when he was getting in shower the wooden shade you can see straight through at night. The house is really nice if they had these things fixed and someone to clean it good and fix these things .

Beautiful house

This house is very spacious and clean. We loved the pool area and spent most of our time there. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s a short drive to grocery right around the corner. Depending on which beach you go to it’s a 10-20 minute drive which isn’t bad at all. We don’t want to leave here, but sadly it’s time to check out as I write this review.

Great place

The place was really nice, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. My only advice was it could have been a bit cleaner especially around the pool. It looks like it needs a good power wash to get rid of cob webs etc. The other feedback I have is that the furniture in the living room is extremely uncomfortable but then we spent most of the time by the pool. The furniture by the pool is rundown and broken. Really need some new stuff there..

More attention to detail

My wife and I decided to take a mini vacation when her family was coming to visit from Colombia. The pictures really met expectations and it was just that when we arrived. There were a few maintenance issues with the property and a few damages that we didn't pay too much mind to. We did reach out to the owner to inform her of the situation and she was very friendly and assured us that we wouldn't be charged for the damages that were present at the time of check in. Aside from that the home was amazing and my family and I really enjoyed the pool area and the pool table. I would recommend this property and I would stay here again. The beach is nearby and everything is conveniently close for dining options and supermarkets. Thank you for a great vacation experience.

80% happy 20% disappointed

Missing a few appliances in the kitchen, the property was amazing but definitely needs to be more upkept. Broken bar stools, scuffed walls, hole in the wall in one room, Some doors didn't securely lock. All in all the management company needs to be more detailed with maintenance issues. House keeping needs to do a better job with cleaning inside the cabinets especially in the kitchen. Aside from that we really enjoyed being at the property.

Great house!

This was a great house for our family of 4. We practically lived outside by the pool. We never even turned on the tv in the family room b/c we’d just watch outside! We really liked the separation b/t the master & the other bedrooms. Our girls had their own space and we did too. The pool table was a great bonus! Everything was clean & we found everything we needed (coffee maker, linens, etc). Our host was very responsive. Location was great; around the corner in a food store & plenty of places to eat. It is also close to many beaches. Overall we really enjoyed the house & would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay

Property was very clean and nice. Location was great. We had everything that we needed. Pool was an extra bonus. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating. Spent most of our time when we were at the property outside. The boys enjoyed playing pool too. Will stay here again!

Fantastic time!

My husband planned a weekend getaway for my birthday. It was so relaxing. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Master bedroom is spacious and is in a private area of the house away from everything. The outdoor area was wonderful. There are extra beach chairs and lounge chairs in the garage. We had a great timing sun bathing and swimming. The house is tucked away in a nice suburb but is still close to everything. My one recommendation would to be to have white linens on all beds. It adds hotel-like bedding cleanliness. Overall, beautiful house and we would stay there again.

Lovely home and great location overall, but some issues were apparent

Great and timely communication with the property manager. Overall a lovely home and great location, but home needs some attention. By far the worst issue was a large urine stain left uncleaned and untreated on the pull-out trundle bed. Totally gross and my guest slept on the couch because of it. Several lights not working and no lights on the lanai! Had to buy string lights to light up the area. Parts of kitchen were dirty. Great room fan and light were on when we arrived and no way to control them... assume a remote control fob on wall was controller, but no batteries. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom were supplied, not enough for 8 people staying 6 days, 5 nights. Again, overall stay was lovely but the negative issues put a slight damper on our stay.

Misleading Pictures

I was between three or four stars decided on three, beware the pictures of this property are only the updated areas. This house was built in 87 and a lot of areas are orginal, doors do not lock, slight sewer gas smell by the pool, overall house was pretty clean but not spotless by any means. The sitting area outside by the pool is VERY used, cushions are flat and had mold on them. Brandenton was a little far away from things for my family, good house with good layout needs some serious TLC and fine tune the details.
