Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before checking out, we would appreciate it if you could ensure that all trash bags are securely placed in the designated trash cans.
We kindly ask you to clean up any dirty dishes and return items to their original places, which will greatly assist the cleaning crew, preventing them from spending extra time on these tasks.
Please remember to lock both the front and back doors securely, kindly drop the key into the lockbox. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our cleaning crew will arrive after 10 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A penalty of $200 will be charged for smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes indoors. Quiet time between 9pm to 7 am.

Disappointed

The yard is crowded with junk and debris. The house if filthy. Dirty, used tampon in shower. No remote to TV. Generally an unpleasant experience. Do not recommend.

Our cleaning crews did deep cleaning before their arrival. The new TV was just purchased with remote control functioning.
