I can't say enough great things about our experience staying at the property. The view and location are probably the best in all of Bondi! This is a very unique property and Astrid, who manages the property, couldn't be accommodating. The property is a 10/10 and in walking distance to everything. I feel so lucky to have been able to stay here.

An incredible stay at Bondi Beach. House is on the water which you access through an ally way from the Main Street and up some stairs to the top floor. The location couldn’t be better — steps from the sand, great cafés, and everything we wanted to explore. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and the view is truly unmatched. Waking up to the ocean each morning felt unreal. Our host was wonderfully responsive throughout our stay and made us feel genuinely welcomed the moment we arrived, which set the tone for a seamless experience.We loved every minute and would absolutely return.

Perfect! Better than pictures! The hosts were wonderful. Welcoming and communicative. It’s the ideal location on Bondi beach. You are right on the water and hear the surf the entire time. Such a special and peaceful place. Comfy beds great kitchen and a patio you never want to leave. Hope to be back someday. Thanks Astrid and Chilli!

Absolute honour to stay in this beautiful property. The view is just fabulous - to wake up every morning and step out on to the balcony watching local people out swimming with their dogs in the sea and kids and families on the beach. It was simply perfect. Astrid an impeccable host. Beds super comfy and all amenities are at the property.

Best location and views in Bondi, friendly and helpful host but a little lacking in the details for the price in my opinion (uncomfortable bed, furniture update required, needed a better clean)

Hi Katrina, Thank you for bringing this to my attention I will address the cleaning issue with my cleaners as I always leave my apartment spotless so this is unusual. I’m sorry you found the bed not to your liking as everyone else has always commented on how comfortable it is. I am in the process of upgrading the outdoor furniture that needs replacing. Sorry you were not completely happy

Perfect Location!

The apartment has a spectacular view of Bondi Beach! Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Astrid was very accommodating and would definitely recommend this property!

Astrid's place was truly amazing. Best view in Australia, facing west overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Bondi Beach. Astrid was super personable and accommodating. We would love to come back again soon.

We three Americans stayed 5 days in November in this gorgeous apartment overlooking Bondi Beach and found it very comfortable, spotless and well-outfitted. Astrid supplied lots of guidance and information to make our stay stress-free. The full-length windows provided amazing views but also let in a lot of afternoon heat/light which we hated to block out with roller shades. Luckily we caught some cross-ventilation through the side windows allowing us to enjoy the sea breezes along with the sound of the waves. Overall we were very pleased with this rental and its location—we could walk to many places nearby and easily grab a bus, ride share or electric bike to go further in the city. We also took an all-day excursion to the Blue Mountains which was a fun experience and added to our enjoyment and understanding of Australia.

Phenomenal Perch in North Bondi

We booked this trip with the goal of being right on top of Bondi Beach with the ability to hear the surf at night. That’s exactly what we got, and more.Not only was the location incredible, the apartment was updated with all new contemporary fixtures and finishes, and very clean.Our host Astrid was great. She’s helpful and accommodating. She was accessible right away by text to answer any questions.This is a first class property with a first class host. We will be back!

Best view in Bondi

Its all about the amazing view of Bondi Beach and the ocean! It was wonderful to stay so close to the beach, hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the view. The kitchen was fabulous and well equipped so it was nice to stay in to eat but have the option to eat at the fab restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. We had a warm welcome from the owner who provided all the detail of the apartment. Loved our stay!
