Just a one-minute walk from the sand, the villa features an open-concept main living level where the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The dining space accommodates six at the table, with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar, while the living area offers ample seating and a large flat-panel TV. Step out onto your private patio to enjoy the fresh ocean air and serene surroundings.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bed, sharing access to the hall bathroom. Every detail is designed for comfort, including an in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and enjoyable.

Guests of 3 Ocean Club also enjoy access to four complimentary backpack-style beach chairs, and the community pool (heated October–Thanksgiving and March–April, dates subject to change).
