The house is 2 km from the main street of Monte Verde, at 1800 meters altitude, with a beautiful view of the Mantiqueira mountain, the house has 300sqm of construction on a plot of 1800sqm with a beautiful garden with birds and squirrels. Leisure area with spa and wood-burning sauna, and a gym. The whole area is very nice and cozy with lots of space and vegetation. In the deck area we have a beautiful view of the Monte Verde mountains
