About this property

Spacious and quiet house 10 minutes from Hwy 285 and 5 minutes from Mount Evans Wilderness/ National Forest areas. Southern facing house is located on two acres, entirely fenced- in with great mountain views and gorgeous sunsets. Property has a backyard chicken/ duck coop, with fresh eggs during the warmer months . Living room has beautiful leather couches, a wood burning fire place (wood provided) and big windows with stunning views. Our updated kitchen has two different stove tops for cooking (gas & electric) and lots of counter space for preparing meals. Large bedrooms, each with a wall-mounted television, queen- sized beds, clean sheets and lots of pillow options. Wonderful house to enjoy the mountains and relax!
